You may not be ready to face the issues that will come out in a regression. Try doing it in a reclining chair or flat bed. No pillow under your head and see if it happens again.

There feels to me to still be a touch of fear within you. You can remove yourself from any uncomfortable scene and watch is as if it is a movie.

I saw mine.......woman strangled to death....possibly salem witch trials...........makes so much sense in how that fits into my life. Past life regression is very useful to learn your purpose and goals for this life.

I saw so many cool things that i was in past lives...all very exotic, but ya, you're drawn to one, and not the other way around.

Kasia you first have to figure out WHAT it is you're afraid of.

Then logically pick it apart.

I'm afraid that if I die in this meditation, my real body will die. False. These are memories that you are bringing up.

I'm afraid to see someone I don't like in my past life. True, but maybe you can see why in this life that person was again brought back into your life and what lesson you were to learn with them in this one.

I'm afraid to go through the death scenes: True. That can be scary but Brian also says that if its too much you can float above yourself and see it happening like a movie.

See if you can find any other fears and I'll help you squash them ! xo

I think my biggest fear is feeling as though i'm not in control, like when your way too drunk.

This actually holds me back alot and I have never been able to doalot of things because of it.

well its nothing like that. You are always in control. You already know you can just pop out of it. You do it already.

If anything doesn't feel right... open your eyes. Done!
