On a good note started late excercise, sits helping alot tink they work naval chakra. .how much easier would it be to mrditate on chakras if you coukd see them.

ok with the first reading,a medium asked questions and i answered as quick as i could giving first thought that came up. Questions was like,male or female, fat or thin,tall or short,hair colour,markings(tatoos or scars). Things like that. Mediums call it CERT. Later ill explain what CERT is if you dont know already. That one meditation of pagan medium,where you stand on a beach or something and have to see someone coming on a distance,try that. Write down every little detail you get or that you think you are getting after the meditation. When youre done with the meditation you can invite him to the plane with you. That way,while youre awake you will still recieve things from him,even images and feelings,a lot of thoughts. Trust it all and say what you get. On the forum that i have done these readings it was on chat,flowing conversations. Think you should try it sometime. My classes are monday nights and friday nights. Theres one medium there that really helps you to open the door. I cant wait til my next class. And what ever i see in my minds eye, he sees it too and helps you if you loose focus and can even continue the reading... In the end its all up to you how you take it all up

thankyou miss. friday night was my 4th one and could even pinpoint where things was of the spirit for her brother to find. I asked that medium/teacher if im getting on track and he said im not getting there, i am on it. So yeah things are happening and its awesome being able to do it. Have quite a few people to thank for it. I now feel it was something that i could have done before too if i have just realised what my thoughts actually was....

Meditation is the key. You have to learn to get the mundane "head" thoughts to quiet down or you won't hear your guides.

miss pagan, i think you would have to be by me in person in order for me to meditate,train me like you would train a puppy lol. Bear,thanks yeah i knew i had to get somewhere with this. I can now do what i wanted to do as a small boy. I even learnt that i can call a spirit back to me any given time.... Though i have only done so when necessary. Meaning with necessary, at class i see something, but have to wait my turn. By the time its my turn i only remember what i saw,so only explained that. Then the medium teacher there told me call em back,so i did and wow..... Some spirits can talk alot!!! Others just say a thing or 2 and the rest come to me in images or like a slow played video with no sound.... I wonder why though

thanks bear. Though this is mediumship ability,doing spiritual readings is easy, being psychic is different, now thats something youre good with. But oneday ill get to really be in a medditative state and things will change. I have lots of room for imrpovement

That surprised me, too, Pitbull. Somehow meditation seems pretty much unrelated to being able to pick up spirit. Everytime I enter that chatroom, I am immediately aware of spirits who are there with us. My guides aren't involved with it, either. It's just me encountering a spirit who wants to talk, same as running into a friend on the street.

I thought it would be a lot harder and more involved, but it was really very easy. The hard part was listening to what they want to say, figuring out what was meant by the images I saw.

I need to practice at that part, a lot lol. But it was exhilerating!

last night i joined a chatting class,had to leave a little earlier so they started with me. I was just asked questions that i had to answer from first thought and someone came forward and said thats relating to her.... Was this interesting,even gave her a small message that made sence to her. Joh did i get hot after a while.... Head got slightly sore and i was told to tel the spirit to step back please. So i did,that medium finished the reading off,HE WAS SEEING WHAT I WAS!!!! I have lots more classes to attend...

yeah its a great experience, i must just learn how to do this on my own. Will be attending those classes often now. Things are really coming at pace uncle hermy, its great,i love it. I have to thank you guys for teaching me so much already, im sure i wouldnt have known how to relax if it wasnt for the people here on sb
