Following Pitbull's example, I took a wild chance and gave a go at doing a reading in the development class... and it WORKED!

I actually connected with someone and was able to deliver a message... after describing enough detail so that the person was convinced that the person coming to me was indeed for her!

What an awesome feeling to have my suspicions that I could work as a medium confirmed!!!!

Yes, Pitbull, it was totally amazing!

I was nervous and almost backed out, but the people in the chatroom were so encouraging and promised not to laugh lol.

Once I started it was really easy, especially since someone "took" the spirit right away! By the time I had finished describing the young lady who'd come to me, I had one and only one sitter!

Now I'm feeling a bit sheepish, because there was so much more detail I could have given, but I was hung up on answering the questions they asked to nudge me along lol.

blue, im pritty sure you led your own way. The detail one gets is so much,you can just carry on and on,lol it makes me forget about the message it needs to give lol. Then i think.... Damn whats the message then thoughts and some visual things just run mad. Thats how i got to know what those thoughts and ''daydream'' kinda things are when i just typed and it led to one person. Its really great,i have a class within the next hour, and cant wait lol

My only regret is that I can only do classes on weekends, due to the time difference!

I positively cannot wait until the weekend arrives!

Of course, there's still a part of me that says "I'm not totally convinced until someone comes through FOR me!" That would be so awesome, to be the sitter and have someone send ME a message!

I am sorry I missed it. Yesterday was my youngest son's birthday. It was special because he has a little daughter to share it with too.

there are quite a few different classes at different times with different teachers. Though i like working with the one teacher for now, he really opened up a door for me. Its something thats so simple and easy,why all the others couldnt have tought me that i dont know.... With the last class i attended (monday night) i learned that eh... Haha i must limit my time with the spirit. The reading last friday lasted nearly an hour. How everyone patiently waited for me to finish haha,i would have been sitting behind the pc signing the whole time.... Only afterwards daddypea asked me to limit my time with the spirit,and tought me a few things about it on monday night. Imagine getting a whole conversation instead if just ''hi''.... And how it happens.... Wow

Daddypea is a great guy lol. I didn't attend 'class' per se, I did my reading in Open Circle. The format there is loose and friendly and casual, and suits my needs really well.

Seems like most readings go for 20-30 minutes, but you did an entire hour??? Awesome lol. You must have picked up a REALLY talkative spirit lol.

the fact that i could pinpoint something,and that it was there i found amazing. Though i said its a piece of paper the spirit worte on when she was living,it was actually a birthday card. I thing i need to start learning symbols,symbols are coming across now and then and i dont know what they are. Anyhow,youll still see a few of them can talk quite a bit. But on the other hand,you should limit youre time with them. I once saw a girl,i asume she drowned,in her teens. Had long blonde hair but soaking wet. wore a white robe. She wouldnt say a thing. I asked daddy howcome this spirit is coming to me but not saying anything....? He told me the sitter has not arrived to give em a message. He said that the spirit knows what the living being is going to do,so they look for a medium of some kind before the sitter comes. But the sitter may just go look at theyre e-mails or something first and miss the one that the spirit came to. Was kinda freaky, the girl just stood there at a distance looking at me.... Daddy said that you shouldnt be afraid to be firm with the spirit, if you dont like it ask it to leave
