Butterfly - sign from gran!
 

It was my birthday a few days ago, I quietly wondered would I get a sign from my gran, but didnt feel I needed one, as I feel she is with me often. Anyway, it rained all day, but in late afternoon, I decided to make a run for it with the kids to buy a cake, so they could do the whole candles etc. I strapped them all in the car, and when I went to get into the my seat, a butterfly came at me, and nearly hit me in the head!! It flew off a good distance and then circled around again, and back to me. My heart leaped!!! She wasnt going to the let the day go, without letting me know she was around!!!

You see, she has used a butterfly before, the night after her funeral, I asked her would she ring in the New Year with me, 15 mins later a beautiful Red Admiral butterfly appeared and landed on my daughters head, it flew around the room and played with the children if you could just imagine!! It was Dec -17, it defied all logic.

My mother told me last week, that while she was sitting out in her garden, a butterfly flew around her and landed on her hand, and wouldnt leave. It really got her attention, I smiled and told her I believe it was gran.

My cousin also had a butterfly the same week, it landed on his hand and didnt want to leave. He thought it was very strange and he is a non believer.

My hubby was away doing a delivery, and a butterfly landed on his hand, he kept shoooing it away, it came back 3 times, that even the workmen said, it was strange.

My family have teased me in the past about my belief that the butterfly was a sign from my gran, but they have all had a special experience, that they all say "was very strange"!!

I just wanted to share my experience, and say, be AWARE, the little signs and messages are there to see.

Another interesting bit of symbolism is the Russian word for butterfly meaning bow tie, which is part of their word for, woman or grandmother.

Isnt that amazing!!!

Also the colour is supposed to be significant. The butterfly that I see is called the Red Admiral (its orange and black) must have a look and see what those colours represent?? Its the same coloured butterfly for all of us. Maybe its a common one??

I read also its a sign of Prosperity! Please let that one be true!!! LOL.
