Hi, I have been working on free writing for a while now. I love it. However, I was meditating, not free writing at the moment, and my mind was blank. I was communicating with my spirit guide. I suddenly said in my mind that they could use my hand to write if they would like. my hand suddenly had a strong pressure and I wrote the name "Carol". It struck me as odd because this name has come up before. I won't say when or how because I don't want to taint it

. Any ideas or suggestions?

Jenn,

Dont really have any suggestions as such, just wanted to stop by and say that automative/ free writing really interests me, I did it a while ago, nothing I wrote made much sense, but I was more sceptical about it back then, thinking that perhaps I was influencing what was written. I shall have to sit and try it again now that I have no fear and sceptism.

Hi, I was gonna ask for a place in the forum to talk about free writing and to share what we get in free writing. I'm not sure what you know about it but Salem Temple told me to write "higher self" at the top of the page or even "my future" I believe you can write just about anything for a "subject" so to speak. I get really neat things in my free writing. some of it does not make sense and some does. I just breathe deep like I'm going into a meditation and "try" to clear my mind as much as possible and just start writing down the first words that come to mind. I like my results

interesting if nothing else.

Maybe your writing would make sense later. Its doesnt always at the time

Yes Jenn, I think it would be good to have a place dedicated to it, because I would love to learn more from members like yourself.
Do you meditate beforehand or is it a case that during? I know you said you told you spirits they could use your hand, but is it always the same method of how you get into it?
When I did it I used to calm my thoughts, but I dont think I was ever deep enough as I say I was convienced I was controlling what I put???:S lol

Maybe the Mods can see about opening a place for free writing
