yesterday, i had gone into the kitchen to get a drink for my daughter. i thought she had followed me, as there was a little girl walking behind me. roughly the same size and coloring. when i turned away from the fridge to hand her the cup, there wasn't anyone there.

i was on the phone, so it wasn't a great time for me to stop and ask questions. i tried to meditate on it later, but didn't come up with much.

First time i have seen/sensed anything in my home. Just wanted to report it as an experience And of course if anyone wants to offer insight, i welcome it.

i should write a book with the things my daughter talks about... endless oddities she has talked about little girls, but i didn't realize they were "here." i had assumed they were elsewhere, as that is NOT out of her realm of possibilities. haha Naive Mama.

I'm not getting the connection with your daughter I'm getting more of a past life with this. You have been shown a brief glimpse of the past life you lived. You had a little sister and she looked up to you. That is all I get but the power of what took place is powerful. I simply am told to remember the conversation and events that was taking place and then ask your guides for a dream of it tonight or when you are able to write it down once you awake.

You triggered a memory that spirit wishes you to recognize. Either they have been waiting for the timing or this is a simple reminder to take extra care with the younger. I'm getting the feeling early reservation times in the Native American Era.

This one I'd make sure that no matter what time you wake during the night make yourself write the dream down. If you don't get it this night don't worry but it will come as a test and one where you need to remember....ok....body move and write it down.

My guide told me that the choice of wording as far as "TEST" wasn't used correctly. That I should reword this as in a learning experience as far as recognizing signs and developing your own self and knowing thy self.

Sorry for the confusion or misuse of wording. My guide wouldn't let me go to sleep until I came back to give you this lol. Peaceful journeys this evening and perhaps some answers revealed for all.

i am so sorry your guides wouldn't let you rest! thank you so much for the info, though! I didn't get anything last night (that i know of), but i barely had an hour uninterrupted at a time..... ah, the joys of motherhood. I have a pen and paper at my bedside, at the ready. I will keep you posted.

Awsome work on sensing the presence of others..dont you find it easier to sense spirits and entities at work when your mind is somewhere else? Keep it up you are definately on the right path. I read your post and i Sense a lot of love and excitement like something has opened up...like a "Yes i finally get to talk to her again" and a little girl maybe in a dress of some kind running around like she is waiting to go to the park lol little kids are awsome.

You triggered something with experiences that I have also had. When its very very sunny out or i am just vibing of positive energy i will see little sparks of colour dancing all around me and I am able to will this to move closer or farther from my eyes...every once in awhile like sitting here and letting my eyes relax and just typing i see them dancing... sometimes flashes of bright lights will appear...and one thing that has been happening more lately..would love insight on this ....at night i will see stars no one else can see they come and go...a bright circle will appear then disappear..one time i was walking up from the store with my partner and just above my head i noticed this INTENSE light ...yet the more i 'noticed' the light the smaller it got then disappeared all together. oddities but i love it.

My son claims to see the flashes of bright light when he's on the computer too. I thought maybe he needed to see the eye doctor lol. I've never had that happen. My daughter sees the sparkles a lot. I don't. sorry if we are hijacking. but what are they?

They tell me my little one is HIGHLY intuitive. More than me even. But she's SO afraid of everything. I try hard with her to get her to understand they can't hurt you, but to no avail. We sleep with the bathroom light on.

lol! mine is 8, (going on 18...) She knows what I do and that I speak to and see spirit. Nothing I say comforts her fears of the dark. I think she must "see" as well. She tells me she sees "People" in the dark. Hmm me too. lol

I think the sparklies are very very charged chi surrounding you...well for me i beleive that cause i see it only when i am SUPER happy..thinking of jesus..walking in the sun..maybe it's an entity of somekind...i will have to keep you all posted on it then One thing i do notice with them is like i said am able to pull them closer or push them farther or maybe that is me moving to it in an OBE but while walking? .. so much to ponder lol

For awhile I too was considering moving away to a secluded area away from people cause i was beginning to feel other people way too much..until i learned some grounding and protection meditations while here on this site. You could maybe suggest she 'imagine' that angels are with her??

I have tried the "angels" and "guides" thing. I recently told her the name of her guide is Samuel. That really empowered her but not enough to pee in potty when its dark! lol Sam helped her find her shoes yesterday! YAY! Also I have begun to teach her how to make the red lights turn green in traffic. again YAY so momma don't have to !

I know it will take time and I thank everyone for helping

i don't know if it is related to the girl i saw, but my daughter just came down with 5th's. About as serious as chicken pox, so no big deal but since i had never heard of it, it freaked me out at first. *shrugs*

i still haven't gotten anything in dream form or when meditating on this girl. Still working it.
