I been trying to use astral projection as a meditation technique
latly. I've been coming up with some interesting results..This
one just confuses me lol.. What do you guys think about this???

I called out for my spiritguide ...A little bee came zippin around me
and then went into my ear and I felt this buzz all over me I just don't
understand what this means lol ...I guess

the bee is telling you to just be, your trying too hard.
The viation is your chakras opening and being activated which is the start of an OBE, after that you will feel paralized then you leave your body. If you think about your feelings you will stop this from happening. It funny i read this post as i was up last nght reading about astral projection. I downloaded a fantastic book of a guy called Robert Bruce, He has been studying energy for over 40 years. I will get the address for you and you can download his books for free.

The site also offers free reiki attunments which you DO feel.
