Hey Chris, Reflexology is one of the therapies I do.I love it, its amazing, and it works. The whole of your body is mapped out on your feet . Imagine the big toes being your head, your bottom is your heel area and your arms and legs are sorta wrapped around the sides your feet. Same thing for your hands, and ears, but feet most commonly used.It works on the meridians and reflexes that are mirrorred on a certain area on your body. The gentle masage technique releases flowand unblocks stagnated areas, in so doing it encourages your body to then heal itself in that area.It really works, and on a holistic basis, ie, body, spirit, emotions etc.Reflex, relaxes, and releases so much. As a therapist, you can read so much from a persons feet, from health problems to personality charcteristics. It is amazing what can be revealed, although it is a physical massage, it is a very spiritual experience, I think so anyway. Therapist and patientclient, are connected and spirit usually joins in, although not all therapists are attuned enough to know this, but patients usually have a great experience, even if they only see colours, or have thoughts and pictures in their mind during the treatment. I find this much more so in reflex, than say body massage.Reflex is very gentle, the hour session kickstarts a gentle healing, releasing that then continues over a period of time.As with all treatments, if you want a specific ailment or problem sorting, a few sessions are usually needed, one on its own i s good, but not usually enough.Go, give it a try, let me know how you find it. Dont know what prices would be with you, but a decent therapist for an hour treatment with consultation is about ?30 here.Oh, Im all fired up and wanting to get going now, I havent started work yet, since being back home, but its time to go get myself back out there, get some leaflets printed, and off I go again, thanks ChrisI needed a kick in the backside IMG src="http:www.spiritualblessing.orgForumsrichedits mileysHappy1.gif" border=0Actually, Im off to a friend today who is going to do me a treatment, we are going to do an energy swap, she'll do me a reflex, and I will do her a reiki, or spiritual healing, or massage or whatever she wants. Its a great way of sharing and getting treatments for yourself. This friend is really good, usually tells me allsorts about me from my feet, I cant wait.Shame you dont live nearer hun, Id do your feet for you IMG src="http:www.spiritualblessing.orgForumsrichedits mileysHappy20.gif" border=0xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
