I did meditations alot for my 'inner goddess', for confidence reasons. However, I was wondering, is the Inner Goddess merely just an 'energy'? or is it an actual being? Or is it something kind of like your Higher Self.

Not "something like" , it IS your higher self. Your spirit. Who you really are.

Your body is not you. Your spirit is. Most of us walk about, unaware that we are spirits, not bodies. This is why I love to teach self awareness....

It is about being a spiritual being, living a human existence.
