I think Raven was just saying, that if she gave this to you, perhaps it would be nice to at least acknowlege the person, who gave it to you.

You dont have to use names, but use the reference,"a friend gave this to me".

Raven didn't write it someone else did, if I knew her name I would of, I am being a gentleman again.

Well I'm glad it's helpful, that was it's purpose and I hope someone else might gain some peace from it. Just remember not to relate it to one area or just focus on one area with gifts, they are much more than that. Also nothing can be rushed or forced, it will come when it's meant to come otherwise as Yinepu mentioned their are risks to body and mind. I'm learning so much more about that right now.

Maybe you need to step back and just let things happen.
