Is something not working? Car broke down? Credit Cards Maxed? Falling behind in Vacation plans? Job stressful? Bored out of your mind?
Well, sometimes (I think) panicing and screaming and crying really helps ![]() How about a panic button? Anytime you are stressed, press the button..it's very likely with so many kind members that you may receive prayers and healings, But, besides that, I think it's a self healing process too! ![]() |

I think panic buttons are very useful when used wisely...lol...problem is, is that when panic hits wisdom sometimes flys out the door..here are some things I have learned about this button:
When a loved one is hurt or in trouble I can't go near the button until the situation has been dealt with...but I hit it hard afterwards I can't go near it when I am looking for something because it only makes that thing hide harder... but when inner emotions bottle up and need to be released, oh hitting that button is sometimes a necessity. |

I'm glad I'm not the only one who panics a lot.
![]() There was this one time when I was driving to work, we had a meeting and I was running so late. I sat there panicking and what not. Then, I asked myself..So? What if I'm late..the worse that can happen is people are gonna be mad. The sky won't fall over, I won't burst into flames...I used to panic over very small things..sometimes a reality check is pretty important for someone like me. To prioritize things. It doesn't matter if I'm late...there are so many other things going on..so many more important reasons for others to panic and here I am, panicking about things that won't even matter after an hour or even a day. |
