Well I'm starting this for myself...because well I think this is the only place on earth or the only thing that i do everyday lol...and maybe this thread wil remind me to drink water! If theres anyone else like me, come join in! Water is so important for your health (look who's talking lmao). But hey....if theres anyone else who needs to do the same..lets start it!!! We can keep track of each other and maybe we'll encourage each other...

Day 1
I drank ONE glass :$ , yep thats how bad it is! lol

I always take a 500ml bottle to work and fill it again at lunchtime, so thats 1 litre, then drink water all night
