somehow i dont quiet understand this sedona method, could anyone give me an example of it? it is one of many inner questioning methods that exist that are designed to get your consious and subconsious minds communicating with each other. this particular one has an effect similar to a movie style incantation or something.

what you do is when you are feeling a particular negative emotion, or manifestation of one (physical symptoms). you go ahead and instead of pushing it away, you basically welcome it. once you have effectively welcomed the emotion or manifestation there of, you just do the sedona method with your inner voice while focusing on allowing the bad vibe. it is truly miraculous how moments after saying "when" the intensity level of the thing you are working on goes from like a 10 to a 7.

then it becomes like peeling an onion. you keep doing it every time it comes back up. each time the intensity of what you are working on is cut down. then all of the sudden you never deal with it ever again.

i began doing this about 2 years ago when i was introduced to the sedona method while investigating how to make the "law of attraction" work more consistently for me. turned out that 95% of what you manifest is due to subconsious core beliefs. in order to get at changing these beliefs you have to unviel them from the shroud of emotions that they are emersed in.

this is so effective that my mother was able to use the sedona method to loose her fear of death while she had terminal cancer. truly a wonderful easy tool to use.

the sedona method reminds me of something i try to do whenever i feel things associated with paranoia-
simply ask myself the question.... "why am i afraid?" -- "what is there to be afraid of?" --
i should start to apply these questions on any emotions branching off from general negativity-
my only question regarding this method would be how to understand and welcome- how to embrace that which my mind wants to turn away.
sometimes' i find that questioning is not enough-
there are moments where- i find myself saying- "no no no" without even truly understanding why- and if i catch myself- realizing i am denying something.....
i try to resolve the issue.
sometimes' though, i forget and what started out as, "no- no- no" turns into, "no- i don't want this"
notice how the situation can become very violent even though it is more of a mental state- rather then demonstrating physical aggression....
anyways.... there's no point harping on this as i still don't know to much about the situation at hand.(yet- still developing on a personal note that is ;})
i think though- there are times where it is much easier to deal with these type of situations(personal/thought/emotion)...depending on the initial and overall mood that has been formulated through-out the day.
which goes to show the importance of emotion and the impact it has on our thought's and action's.
mind over matter- i can see the benefits of yoga and centering one's-self.(although i am sure there are many approaches to finding and entering that/a specific state of mind.)

moving on--->
vjvousden mentions about electronics. i'm having a similar issue. light-bulbs flickering on occasion or going out when i turn them on- cell phone acting up- perhaps this has to deal with change on a greater scale....maybe even relate to this thread more so then what i've come to realize... other then that i tend to look at it as nothing more then, "fun." it's fun when it happens... but a bummer that i have to replace the light-bulbs in my house. =p still neat though, heh.

i look at this growth based more off of spirituality- but at time's still finding myself worrying about taking or doing things that might work against us. lately i find it much easier to pull myself out from this worry and it is much easier to cope with, "getting over myself" then what it once had been.... either i am getting used to what i am doing or applying the, "mind over matter" scenario once again-

anyways- this is all wonderful speculation... i am at work now so the last bit of rant typed up here has been distorted over time due to the oncoming traffic i am receiving here at the front desk.

well last night i had a very vivid dream, some of the themes are loud and clear. when i woke up today (oct 9), i had and still have a very light,serene feeling. wish the physical soreness would go away though

i've also been feeling very tired recently so i started reiki and tai chi. every time i feel tired and need a boost i just take the energy i need.

i haven't really noticed a ramp-up per se, as i have been experiencing some of these symptoms for awhile now (>1 year).

i will say though, that i have been a little more extreme on my emotions, and to me at least, the sun and basically sunlight are very brilliant lately...

gonna spend more time outside sungazing

p.s. - i am curious as to what people think about this full moon coming in a day or two. i've always had an affinity for both sungazing and moongazing, so i'm looking forward to tuesday night!

it is kicking in for different people at different times. some are already experiencing the changes while others have yet to. nothing to worry about. lag time is ok. it should kick in for most people by monday night assuming that you are clear of fear consciousness.

it is not a slam your [butt] on the floor shock to the system type of deal. most people are reporting hearing audible sound frequencies in their sleep that wake them up at for some reason 3:30am. a skeptic on the avalon forum that did not buy into it went to bed with blue eyes and woke up with green eyes, and proceded to play the piano like never before.

it started kicking into a higher gear for me during late afternoon on oct 11. i feel totally different right now: a mixture of a buzz, more in the moment and a slight headache. it's really weird. some kundalini activity too. also had some heart palpitations on saturday. wish the body soreness and headache would go away though.

i had a headache late on october 11th, too! i even had a tough time driving due to the feelings i was experiencing. i went to bed early and couldnt meditate because my head hurt.

hmmm...interesting indeed....
