...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too old.
i really like being young in body, but wise in mind/spirit. a healthy, youthful body is priceless. i'll be 7 x 7 in sept of this year. most people judge me to be about 5 to 10 years younger, physiologically right now, despite my being overweight and damaged by a very poor emotion-based diet; by my b-day this year, i plan to look about 20 years younger physiologically, as i've started my intense body/mind/soul rejuvination program that has been greatly inspired by the information in this wonderful site and in david's speeches that i have had the pleasure/honor to edit. but make no mistake about it, my rejuvination program will require all my power of will that i can possibly muster, and more. but the great thing will be that, given my future success of this current rejuvination project, i'll have a really great final 4 years in 3-d on this planet, plus i'll be able to carry forward the ramped-up energy into a great start for 4-d. i'm inspired. |

this year i'll be the same age as the year i was born - 54.
having a mother who grew up in the spiritualist church made me open to the fact that there's more to life and the afterlife than the christian church tells you. she was into edgar cayce, eating natural foods, and information from dreams (and still is at nearly 81 years young). she is one of the few people i can talk to about things that are out of the ordinary. add to that personal experiences of a paranormal nature, and you can see why i gravitated to this website. my first husband and i were always trying "new" things - like trying to dream travel together after reading a book about it. we experimented with pyramid power in the 70's. we each got an egg-shaped stone because we had heard about the power of stones (crystals) and how anything made of metal or stone that a person wears or carries every day develops more power the longer you wear or carry it. my current husband and i have had some psychic experiences as well. we are in the process of buying a house and have been going by "feel" as well as sight in the process of looking. the one we have decided on was the one that "felt" the best to us. this place is like home. nothing anyone says here surprises me. a few things make me think "been there, done that, wore the t-shirt until it became a pile of rags". and i don't feel or look as old as my years. i've had several people tell me they thought i was ten years younger than i am. ![]() |

25 here. i've felt about 20-30 years older than my age since i was a teen. but most of my friends are 3 and 4 year olds. i'm a preschool teacher and they help keep me young at heart. everyday they remind me to remain childlike and find joy in the simplest of things. why is that so hard for most people?

i often say when i have a birthday these days "i'm 39." like jack benny did, but who the heck in the younger generation knows who jack benny is? actually i'm newly 61. my birthday is march 7 and according to sidereal astrology which makes me an aquarius. i just learned this, and am amazed how aquarius fits me much better than pisces which i always thought i was (according to tropical astrology). i think we will find many "baby boomers" here in the forum because after wwii many babies were born in order for the ancient atlanteans to come back and help usher in the age of aquarius. we're ready. :d

i have been on this planet for 50 years. it doesn't feel like it though. i feel about 30 if i am honest, but in those 50 years i have experienced the best of times and the worst of times...it's been one hell of a ride. i have had an exciting and adventurous life so far, full of ups and downs but never boring.

yes, i got the impression most folks here were between 20 and 30. i'm 46...and have a problem with folks who use this against me. tho, i did the same with the opening line perhaps. i'll remember that and fine tune my retorts.
don't know but i think the older one gets, the fewer mirages they chase. in my day i grabbed up all sorts of magick this and that books. they are addicting. from shamanism to jung to kabbalah to chaos magick, grimoires, tarot, astrology, feng shui, enochian, wicca etc blah and blah. none of it has helped me in any way except to pass the time and sound like i know something - to those who've never read that book. could say i've read tons of books and could write something on them. but this is like saying i can swallow food i just chewed. honestly tho, i've had many a great relaxing quasi religious mystical toned days due to all these speculative ideas. went great with pot. i came here to start a new thread but may as well type it here. i just had a ufo type dream again. and again, it was catalyzed by melatonin. i've had recurrent dreams of flying saucers off and on for several years with the craft remaining either distant or at least sealed. but this latest dream had a craft land right down in front of me. the hatch opened and this thing that looked like a translucent octopus turned it's underside up and projected tv like images. it was very friendly and seemed to want (or simply reflected) something related to the entertainment scene... then later that day, i saw a lost hub cap in a highly visible and or conspicuous spot that looked exactly like the craft in the dream. and, this was at the end of a very emotionally traumatic day. there were a lot of mind games at work which i fell into - some of it related to age. seeing that hub cap simply made me wonder if this was all an extra dimensional attack. or fraud or something. but i find, at 46, all this to go nowhere. i can get mind blowing sychronicites like you read about in books etc. i get freaky dreams. i sometimes manifest my intentions. but it all simply fades back to "chop wood, carry water". i'm even wondering about nde's and say, a visit from "god". it seems like 3d just sucks the extra dimensional life out of you. things always go on, to nowhere. you are still in a system that's requires survival skills on a daily basis. there's always ego to contend with. tho to be honest here as well, i'm the type to withdraw. so perhaps spirit has sent folks to indirectly help my lot, which i've spurned. not sure. to, i've got this thing where i'm hell bent for a hobby one day then want nothing to do with it the next. now this is getting me nowhere...and i ask the questions like why do i want to get there. like what would you want to be on your grave marker? how's about nothing : ) i think that would be rather eerie....that is, cool. i'm a 5 planet scorpio. so, more so than others. but consider taurus, virgo conjunct a few others. i may have 5 "in scorpio" but i no longer think i'm a "scorpio". |
