looking for answers

i just signed up here on the forums looking for answers basically. i found a lot of good information here and will continue to for some time. really good site.

i want to ask if anyone knows how to find a good hypnotherapist? im having a lot of strange dreams and i dont know what to do anymore. im really close to losing it all and grabbing my camping gear to leave everything altogether.

i dont want to get into too much detail here because everyone pretty much knows already whats going on here with us.

so if anyone knows the best way to find a pastlife regressionist/ hypnotherapist please let me know?

thanks

you could try doing a search online for a reputable therapist of that kind in your particular area? i found one in my area that way (haven't got round to visiting them yet though, need to save up the ££).

i hope you find something to ease your worries soon.

getting out into nature, into some area of outstanding natural beauty, may indeed help. incidentally, i saw something today about how an author who wrote books on the lake district here in the uk, he felt that standing on top of some of its most magnificent peaks soothed away "persistent worries" and was even healing enough to soothe "a raging toothache".

lots of love to you,

and peace soon,

emily.

tell ya what. i have been searching for one myself and i finally found one. since you live in nyc you should be able to do a simple google search for "psychiatrist hypnosis regression nyc" and dozens of people should come up.

i highly recommend a trained psychiatrist or psychologist. although i am sure there are many good alternative type holistic hypnotherapists.

and then there are websites like ucomparehealthcare.com in which you can search for the doctor and see if there are any disciplinary actions or sanctions against him. or you may even be able to do a google search for sanctions against the particular doctor.

whatever you choose to do, the therapist really needs to be a good fit for you so if you don't get a good feeling after the first visit then try someone else.

trust your gut.

cheers, hope you find someone,
