not everyday, but pretty often i experience "abnormal" feelings in my heart area... all to frequently in fact... when all "this" started happening, i forked over thousands to hear there is really nothing wrong - i am a perfectly healthy young man. however, the sensations i feel used to tell me otherwise.

i was comforted when others on this forum shared that they too were experiencing this, in their own personal ways.

the heart is symbolic of universal love and it makes perfect sense that as we experience the shift thats happening right now, this energy center that ra describes as "green ray" is morphing, growing. a crude analogy, but if you take a used car engine and eventally want it to run at top performance, you have to tear it down, clean it, upgrade/replace parts, and put it back together. so, if you can, imagine that your heart - your green ray energy center (which, from my understanding, green ray happens to be ra's desciption of both 4d "entity" and "energy center"/chakra...) is itself in a process of cleansing, upgrading. this energy center, energy body exists right now and we are only now beginning to understand and nuture it. again, i don't believe that there will be a sudden change - each of us have 4d abilities right now... they aren't matured, but they exist and are growing.

can you feel it?

the shift is not a "future event" - it is happening right here, right now, as you read this. its true, that in the months/years to come that the shift and changes, growth of each of our green ray energy centers and bodies, will all accelerate to "singularity". however, to think that everything, including the choice will be made then, in my opinion, is false. each of us chose to awaken - the choice has been made, likely with some guidance from our higher selves... i believe it what we do since we have awakened that matters.

forgive yourself, forgive others. cleanse.
open your heart to compassion, universal love. upgrade "parts".
accept your shadow self, incorporate your hidden self with your new self. rebuild.

coming back to the "heart sensations" - fear nothing. again, i too suffer - today even (intensely). search deep inside to observe the processes at play here. its not easy at first, almost impossible. but, if you visualize and listen (meditate), you will understand...

galbraith1, and anyone reading this, i wish you the best of luck today, tomorrow, and until that time when we'll meet on the other side. the tasks each of us has undertaken are not easy. but, take comfort that not only your higher self, not only the members of this forum, but all of the sto entities in the universe are supporting and encouraging you. times will be difficult and confusing, but be steadfast and fear not. again, the choice has been made - try not to think of preparing for a future that doesn't exist yet - a future that we haven't created yet.

if you don't know what to do, ask - not me or anyone else, but your higher self. the answers may not be immediate, so you may be "directed". words that resonate with you help you to formulate your own direction, your own answers, your own truth.

the answers lie within.
