there was an article on her today questioning her faith....i know every human being has come in to question with their faith and beliefs. i wonder what made her question her faith? all the sadness? did the helping of people not fill her soul up? she said she felt empty inside.....hmmm any opinions?

it's interesting to note how many times that faith and will are mentioned together in the law of one. faith does give "will power". so it seems logical that will can help faith too. i guess it's possible that the will to continue what might be viewed by her as an overwhelming work might be linked to this...

in calcutta (india), it is a sad but true fact that young children and new-born babies are sometimes abandoned and left to die in the streets, the sewers and the garbage dumps. even a newborn knows when it is unwanted, unloved and abandoned to die. can you imagine the pain and horror of those little souls, so utterly disposed of and lost?
a major feature of the ministry of mother teresa is the rescuing of these poor souls wherever possible, and to offer them some pure, unconditional love as therapeutic treatment. her great ministry does much to mend a rend in the fabric of the earth's energy body. i feel a great deal of compassion for living things myself, and all my life i have felt physical discomfort when confronted with the pain of others. i actually get a very uncomfortable sensation in the backs of my thighs and also somewhat in my knees, and this effect is just as strong when the issue is recalled at a later time. i cannot imagine how i would react if confronted first hand with the horrors of calcutta, as teresa and her sisters have; i think i might be physically unable to stand. this noble, true warrior of love, one of the bravest amongst us, bore first hand witness to some of the worst depravities imaginable. can you imagine the sorrow involved? |

someone was telling me that mother teresa was born into an affluent family and at some point she left a high lifestyle to pursue her mission. it seemed to me that the wealthy can sometimes live estranged from the herd, as if being on the tail of some gaussian curve she had more in common with the other edge of the distribution than she did with most people living in the status quo.
as for emptiness, some consider that a key to merging into unity, that on some level, everything contains such emptiness. on the other hand, maybe the work of sustaining such emptiness allows a person to be better able to receive and accept others in some way, as if there's always room for more. maybe that's part of how she managed from becoming overwhelmed in the confronation of so many things unimaginable. |

i have a strong feeling that mothera teresa wanted to follow all of the mainstream teachings she had learned in order to be recognized by "god" and follow the path of jesus per se. i believe it was more of a mechanical call than anything and she probably would have felt down a lot because when you force something out of yourself it usually doesn't end up well in the overall picture.
i don't always like using the term ego but i am sure it was a different face in the ego she wanted to persue but wasn't aware of it obvioulsy like many don't. not to say it was not a good thing that she did but started to indentify with too much therefore got caught in the abyss of mind/indentity. these compassionate traits will all come to us eventually after moving through a lot of experience and contemplating what is important as a overall picture and love is always the way home but not when forced or lower vibrational love. higher love is natural compassion and understanding. lower love is obligation and attached. this model takes a while to understand on a personal level but definitely shines through as greater good the more you start to integrate with it. ![]() there is actually a short vid on this posted here; http://youtube.com/watch?v=_unlicaduh0 |

mother theresa came into her last lifetime to be totally humbled and powerless under the ruthless thumb of the vatican, and it's clear she served the lowest of the low (the untouchables of india) for a very good reason. sure she got depressed. who wouldn't be when the caste system in india is the most abhorrent idea service-to-self has ever come up with? i'm fairy certain she is already back as a walk-in, and quickly preparing for her best performance yet to help humanity awaken to real love and compassion which is finding our true selves. watch for her. namaste.
