ok everyone is trying to look for the essentials on the group but as david has mentioned they are all pretty simple especially when he put out what he thought were the most essential quotes from the law of one which i would definitely have to agree on that i will repeat at the bottom.

first of all everything is existant in the present moment and that is the only time anything will exist. so experiences come and experieneces go but our soul has the right to choose a.k.a. "free will" what we will in this ever present body.

our entitys evolve with the universe and it helps even more to do it consciously!

we are all connected seeing how seperation is an impossible scientific fact (strongly put into perspective in david's book the science of oness) hence law of one once again says see the creator as thyself.

i remember in my book the essential edgar cayce (before coming across david's work) he was asked what religion was true. the only thing he said was love thy neighbor (as a reflection of thyself). this made a big impact on me because it was so clear and precise what was essential in his pure channeling.

we have to analyze everything that comes through us from an open state of awareness that holds no judgement or predisoposition and feel things out and listen to our higher selves and intuiton.

there is no such thing as "good" and "bad" but there are things obviously loving and healthy and things that are narcissistic and undesirable.


the thing that can use to usually decipher between the two is our conscience and feelings.

the bottom lines:

1. we are all one.

2. we are all evolving.

3. love has and will be the basis for everything.

4. we have freedom of choice, so choose to love, choose to evolve and choose to see everything as one.

5. the depth of our being that connects us closest to our being is staying in the present moment which is forever, being empty and aware using our conscience and intution, being non attached to anything while always doing what you feel is best acting intelligently to the present moment.

6. everything within and without is a reflection of yourself (so pay attention to what is surrounding internally and externally you it always helps to find the answers)

things not to fall into:

greed, attachment, discouragement, grudges, personal identification, gluttony, lust, ignorance, wrath and pride.

if you follow these simple steps mentioned above diligently you shall never go wrong.

the ego tends to want to go outside and make things complex and uneeded when the things you know are true in your heart are simple. always listen to your heart. "what ever thy hand findest to do, do it with all thy heart (love)"

again you have choice in every moment, you have the choice in the spectrum that lies between love and fear. sometimes darkness is need for the light to arise but you have to be aware of it as a moment of light distilling the light/love from each experience to become an intelligent cullmination!

basic aim for everyone:

be more pure and loving without falling into martyrdom or narcissism in every situtation through the present moment which is eternal and in the choices presented to you.

things that are supressed never get fixed we all need to bring the things out of our shadow.

the shadow:

the shadow, is a psychological term introduced by the late swiss psychiatrist, dr. carl g. jung. it is everything in us that is unconscious, repressed, undeveloped and denied. these are dark rejected aspects of our being as well as light, so there is positive undeveloped potential in the shadow that we don’t know about because anything that is unconscious, we don’t know about.

the shadow is an archetype. and what an archetype simply means is that it is typical in consciousness for everyone. everyone has a shadow. this is not something that one or two people have. we all have a shadow and a confrontation with the shadow is essential for self awareness. we cannot learn about ourselves if we do not learn about our shadow so therefore we are going to attract it through the mirrors of other people. we have to learn from our shadow and bring everything out of it in order to grow. from this darkness comes the most light.

the shadow is all that we are ingnorant to or do not consciously see that tends to hold us back the most and we have to consciously recognize the darker aspects of ourselves before transformation can occur. as the band tool mentions you have to dig through your shadow to find what your being has hid in it's shadow. letting the change consume you and outside turn back in. going through metamorphasis cleansing knowing what pain you have endured in.. that is why past life regressions can be so moving. i am sure david would agree on this seeing it seems that much of his life was a struggle with his shadow.

spot on, my friend, top shelf. this is a post i shall refer back to in the future when i feel the need for grounding.

i've recently met a very young child, an unhappy child made to feel inferior and bad, left alone to try to make sense of the world while in the clutches of those who say, "you're stupid, you're a geek, nobody likes you, let's dunk you in the river and laugh while you cry".

a child who believes he is inferior, unable to gain acceptance by his peers, and who believes he is somehow stunted, terminally weird and deserving of the taunts and ridicule of other, bigger and more cool kids.

i encountered him lost and alone, left for an age alone under a bridge he had been thrown from, and gathered him in my arms, and held him close to my bosum and showed him a little, magical light i keep in my pocket; and in the light it cast, we could see together the faces of those who taunted him so, and were both surprised to see tears of unhappiness raining down the faces of the tormentors.

so i aimed the light a little lower, at the hearts of the bullies, and set my light to stun, and sent a beam of stunning love energy,...and forgiveness...into those hearts. the little child looked into my eyes, and smiled! and took the light from my hands, and held the beam steady, all by himself. as he did, his smile grew, as did he, and when he finally put the light into his pocket, he looked just like me.

and i smiled, and i felt a hand cup my face, and with a slight start, realized it was my own hand.

to err is human; to forgive, is to come back to present time.
