here i thougt i was the only one that noticed these things. oh, and thanks a lot for the baseball clarifications- been an indians fan all my life,or at least since i knew what a baseball was. still workin' on who's on first, but that can wait for another time.

this is the third spike i've noticed, one of the last occuring mid day, or so on 6-08-07.

i believe that what is happening here on this forum, occasionally, is that a particular posting is made with so much positive energy and divine inspiration attached to it, that the universe just sends out a blasting wake-up shout, and people respond right back to the calling right here within these forum walls- maybe not knowing why they decided to log on, maybe they hear one of them pesky little voices that occasionally creep into our awareness, say something like, "so, are ya gonna log into dc today, or what?"

what do i know, man- i just drive the trains- anyone else got a thought on this?

hi everyone !!

my first post on this truly sensational, thought provoking forum....
well...as to the question...what brought me to this site was hearing dw on c2c tues. june 19...great show...
had to download coast to mp3,, then played it over the weekend... checking out this site and was on to-do list...so, several days later..here i am !! perhaps other folks had the same experience, hence the increase in visits last week ??

i saw it too, but thought people were just hanging out on the 4th. independence day and all. wanting to be together. funny. looking for something, maybe.
