Hi All,
I was curious how affective Binaural Beats have been for people struggling with projection. A brief background, when i began trying to project, it was easy for me, achieving an OBE almost once a week. Unfortunately it got away from me as my life progressed, and now getting back into it is 10x more difficult (you would think it would be the other way around). How have Binaural beats helped all of you? Are there certain kinds that help more than others? With Robert Bruce's Brainwave Generator, which preset is most affective? Are there any tips you could give when listening to binaurals compared to normal projection procedures? Please feel free to answer any, all, or none of these questions!! Thanks for all the responses, Smythe |

Hi All, A brief background, when i began trying to project, it was easy for me, achieving an OBE almost once a week. Unfortunately it got away from me as my life progressed, and now getting back into it is 10x more difficult (you would think it would be the other way around). I think this is true about everyone, and I don't think it's that it's difficult, it's that as you change your projection process changes, and it's not as easy to figure out cues that used to be obvious before. It's somehow like walking up the stairs, and then going to the second floor, and wondering why when you go to the landing you're surprised to find you're not on the first floor. Or something like that. ![]() ![]() How have Binaural beats helped all of you? Are there certain kinds that help more than others? My favorite are JOOB Condition D, the MAP CD#6, and Super Sleep. When I did the BWGen years ago, I actually preferred the lucid dreaming presets more than the projecting ones. I don't remember the names or why I preferred them. ![]() Thanks for all the responses, Smythe You're welcome. |
