I found a hypnosis file that is made specifically for Astral Travel. I can post the link if you want, but I have yet to listen to it to make sure if it has any unwanted suggestions or subliminals (the guy has a thing for that). I'm not using it because I feel it would feel more of an accomplishment if I learned to do this on my own. I'll post a link if you guys want, but be careful which files from this guy you listen to mmmm kay?

First of all, make sure it's a legal download, and just send it to anyone who pms you for it, don't post it publicly in the forum.

no worry it's a free download, it's legal (the only thing you need is to make a user for the site). I don't want to say it's effective or not because that is up to the individual. Just PM me for it if you want.

Are you sure it's trustworthy? You yourself have reservations in regards to the guy since from what you said he likes to add "extras".

I have reasons not to trust the guy.
WARNING: He tends to put "obey" and "slavery" subliminals in his files. Even if you go through the file in Audacity to get rid of them, there's probably one that you can't get rid of through audio editing
Not all of his files do this. If you're willing to trust the guy, want to go under, and believe you can be hypnotized, then just PM me (so you don't have to sign up for the site). If you really don't trust the guy I'll see if I can get the script and you can get a friend you trust to read the script to you. I find the guy's voice creepy (just the way he says the script and his breathing in the mic).

Yeah, that sounds like a no-no. If he does this in some of his tapes, I would advise not to listen to anything from him-I can't see any acceptable motivation for this.

If he goes by the name "Cosmic Master" then I suggest you stop listening entirely. As far as I know, he only has stuff for payment, but otherwise it sounds like him.

Darn, I may have to do this just because it sounds a bit dangerous. The thing about hypnosis is you either go with it, or you don't, in which case you don't get anything.

In the end you can prepare hypnosis audio files yourself. I daubt it will be much work.

His user is EMG (forget what it stands for, but I know E is ofr Evil), on the site this is on, he goes by Hypno-EMG. Like I said it's not all of the files that do this, and I've heard a little bit of success. On a side note, you're not going to get this at first try, you're going to want to listen once every day til it happens.

His other site is "Warp My Mind". They have a lot of free items, and for a monthly subscription you can access the full collection. It is possible to download what you want and let your subscription expire. Or it used to be that easy. When I tried the files - in addition to being creepy - the quality of the audio was just too low to be at all useful to me. Anyway, if you don't want to pay for full access you can do other things like providing a script, a recorded hypnosis session, or you can transcribe one of the sessions that isn't transcribed yet. They had a lot of work that needed doing when I looked through their stuff last. It didn't work for me and I can't suggest it, but at the time I found it really intriguing. Especially things like being "cursed" with perfect lucid dreaming.

that's his site. This file can be found on the sister site (hypno-files) for free (if you want a script, body ect., you need premium, I don't recommend paying for it imo)
