Paragraphs oops, never did get good grades in English
Yes and no, a change had started in me a few weeks before the talk of building an Isolation chamber started. (Yes, we did build one in our basement!) What I saw started the need to know more so in that way it changed my life. My friends experience was much more involved since he has been working with energies and projections for almost 15 years now. He claims it has changed his life, and the things he saw have changed the direction be believes his talents should develop, and has started to learn lessons in the most mundane of things. |

I see...wierd stuff. Depending on where my awareness is, inside myself. I've gone as far as to spot nests of negs, pillars/lines/tubes - must be meridians of some sort. Watching and touching them can have an effect. Sometimes I see briefly into other planes. Some planes seem attached to parts of my conciousness, body, or chakras. Changing these places can have subtle or dramatic effects. Its all very difficult to map with any clarity.

You see your mind, and the more you fall asleep or go deeper into a meditation you not only see it in more detail but you may also hear, smell or be a thought.
Your mind is constantly moving with activity, constantly. Meditation helps you to step back and see it more clearly...it likes to take you in different directions carrying you away like rapids of a river. Sometime I wonder if there is a level of intelligence there, by how creative and manipulative your mind can be in making you believe that you are your mind, or whatever it is presenting to you is important...that you need to follow it. Meditation helps you to step back, watch it, but not get carried away. Which is useful for controlling fear or telepathy being able to separate your own thoughts from others, or a dialog that’s not yours. |

I wear a Mindfold when I meditate, which allows me to keep my eyes opened. It creates a similar feeling to being in an underground cave while peering into the blackness. The ocular effects are slightly different when not having to focus on closing your eyes, or seeing room light pass through your eyelids. As opposed to a blindfold, a Mindfold allows for free movement the eyes and free blinking of the eyelids. In the right situations and with practices specific to Shamanic Journeying I find it more natural and relaxing to wear the Mindfold than trying to keep my eyes shut for long periods of time. In the inky blackness of the Mindfold colors, shapes and geometric patterns are always more pronounced. Strange that in total blackness, I find it easier to truly see. |

Holy Moly - I thought maybe I was dreaming while being awake in the beginning... But now I know there's something more to it and I think I'm pretty safe in saying I'm not crazy or going crazy - and trust me I've spent energy worrying about the possibility. I typically start out seeing five figures above me with light behind them. I don't get too much detail but I see edges and movement. Sometimes I see tree tops before seeing the five familiar figures. From images flip through... I see people, places, items - not that I've seen before - but it's specific. It's like a movie. Sometimes fast, sometime one image melds into another... Alot of the time I find myself straining to see deeper and deeper - It's definately a spatial experience. I've gotten to a point where I've tried to gaet an understanding of the images or a meaning or a message and I just can't seem to understand it all - but I'm pretty sure there's something there. I don't think these are coming from me - I mean It's not like I'm making it happen, it just does. Not all the time... but mostly. What do you all think?

I think it depends. Your subconscious is a gateway processing center for everything you perceive-everything. So sometimes it'll come from a perception that is physical, (like the pancake commercial you barely noticed) to whatever your nonphysical self perceived in the astral. When you're in that state you can see pretty much anything, including actual guides or entities, some that may be aspects of you, some that may be just whoever happened to show up at that moment.
Part of the fun is finding out, as long as you don't take everything you see and hear as 'gospel truth', so to speak. Lately I've been seeing a group of people that talk to me (yesterday, specifically). Some are part of the group I always see (or a lot, anyway.) Some are 'new'. I'll have to see if there is any more communication. |

I have seen fractuals moving all over the place, I've also seen bright purple, then it meshed into a nice blue shade....
This is really cool, one day I saw clouds in the sky, but in the distant was a black and white photograph, it got closer and closer in my view, then the frame of the photo dissipated and the clouds of the picture became the sky.. and i thought what if i could move those clouds all around , so i did ..... i moved them up and down and side to side....... then i opened my eyes, it was gone |

This depends upon the lighting. If it is daylight, or brightly lit in the room, then I will get flashes of colours that tend to sort of 'blob' in and out. If it's dark or nighttime, as when I'm in bed, I often see the room just as it is with open eyes, but I can also get the colour 'blobbing' too. I'm a medium, and I am clairvoyant so also get alot of imagery, when communicating with spirit or meditating.

Often times, when i am meditating with my eyes open or simply tired, i see something like the flower of life; as if i am inside and looking out. It is quite similar to the lattice-type structure that I and others have seen during kundalini events and although much has been written regarding the mathematics of it, i spend a bit of time wondering what the mechanics of it are. what happens inside the head, i mean.
So on Saturday mid-morning i was standing waist-deep in whiskeytown lake. i was very tired and didn't feel like swimming so i just stood there and spaced out for a while. i also did some energy work with my hands, feet and legs which were all in the water. The sun was directly above and to my right, and it reflected off of the water only inches from my right wrist. Ahead of me, a large polarized glare shimmered on the surface of the lake. The cold wind began picking up small waves everywhere so that the glare was only visible on a side of each wave. This is hard to describe but i think it is easy to imagine, esp. for people that have had this experience. Anyway, all at once it seemed that the whole lake had begun meditating with me, or me with it, and the flower-of-life type lines I normally see overlaid perfectly on the small waves. so that, coupled with the bright polarized glare, made it seem like a million eyes were looking back at me and me at them. It was quite astonishing. Also, the glare reminded me of the blobs that i so often see. The blobs often appear near the middle of my eyelid and move to the side. The glare on the lake wasn't moving, however, it did create the illusion of movement. because the waves were bouncing, there was the illusion that the bright glare was moving down and to the side, away from the center, in long rays. I hope this is making sense as i type it. i feel closer now to understanding this phenomenon. It makes me wonder if there literally, physically, is a bright light somewhere in my head, reflecting off of a water surface. ...................... I almost posted this but i think i should add a couple things: First, I had a vision last weekend, a vision on my vision screen of a rising sun over the horizon. I'm not sure what it meant, but it made me angry and it ended. Second, when i close my eyes and gently press and hold them with my fingertips, i get bright light right on my vision screen. that seems to be a way to "turn the light on" or something. |

If I am tuned in and I close my eyes in trance , I can see other planes , spirit that I am thinking about will appear , people that I am thinking about will appear in an astral form or rather I sort of appear next them in a mental body form or in a roaming astral eye form which is bizarre . The mind travels where you think at this stage and sometimes when laying down to sleep the lessons will unfold before me and teachers will enter my room scolding me nicely to become fully present there for I am late ...once more .
Often closed eye vision stimulates spontaneous opening of the third eye . When I am not tuned in and I close my eyes the body slowly begins to tune in and forms , visions, spirit around me appear to come into focus. Around us there are more spirit than live ones. The planes peel apart like so many onion layers and we peer through them like a window. |

I see stairways, doors, people, buildings, some of you have mentioned a screen.
I have only seen this screen thing once , but it was like a TV screen with extra properties, when I saw the one I saw, Alberit Einstein jumped out of it and said he was not dead. This screen was cool because, some how thru screen I could have AP, but was in seemed like RTZ in my bedroom with this screen at foot of bed, there was no TV in bedroom. I have seen all these Monsters, that really sucks, these monsters come right up and look at you right in the face, all kinds of different ones, I would look at them just to see what they were doing. I still see those shadow things sometimes, there not to bad, but then I read here at AD with that Robert Bruce, talking about those bugs that suck on your brain now that's sick, That reminded me of that Movie with the Resonator Machine, and DR, Petoris, turned on machine and all these thing from other dimension could see you if you moved, and the machine activated the pituitary Gland made this one guys grow out the front of his head. I don't remember name of movie but reminds me of these brain sucker bugs Mr. Bruce spoke of. I have had a lot of battles on AP and in lucid, never with these bugs, I try not to have any conflicts anymore, when I did it was just steadie smashing , blasting. I heard some of the New (young) people use those shooters, off their fingertips, I tried that with those shadow things the other night, was not working to good so i just left them be. |

Since childhood, 99% of the time I see purple and yellow randomly swirling behind my closed eyes.
Never, ever, any other color. Does anybody know the importance of those two colors? Of note, a while ago I was doing some shamanic journeying beneath the moon, which ended up transfering into a trance deep enough that I saw (with my eyes open) darkness pulsing through veins in the space ahead of me. I begun drawing energy from the moon which caused me to have very very powerful body-rushes. I then closed my eyes and eventually became aware of purple clouds collapsing on themselves in the center of my sight. Suddenly two intricate, wavy golden rings - which looked like drawings on some ornate pottery - shot in from the outer reaches of my sight, encircled the purple clouds, and begun to rotate clockwise. I have yet to decipher the meaning of what I saw. Has anyone heard of anything like this?? |

Since childhood, 99% of the time I see purple and yellow randomly swirling behind my closed eyes. I have no answer to your question, but there is a topic somewhere in this forum about the waves (I believe Korpo sees sometimes) which 'sort of' sounds similar to the middle of the last part of your vision. I have had many vision screens of rotating objects that sound similar to the last part of your experiences (I think I compared them to mandalas.) |

I have always seen the psychidellic swirls and blobs and sometimes staticy figures while I'm relaxed and my eyes are closed. I can actually sometimes control the colors and rarely but sometimes the blobs too. I think its just our subconciene mind. Sometimes it keeps me up because I follow it I get kinda facinated. Maybe its the electricity in our bodys. Or our spirits within we can sometimes see. I don't know exactly what it is but i t doesn't scare me. I actually never talked about it till now. Its kinda one of those things I never think about till I'm seeing it. Its relaxing for me I usually sleep pretty good when I am watching the shapshifting blobs. It like hypnotizes me. But then there were times that it keeps me up. I can't control when I see it but try taking control of the colors or blobs. It doesn't take concentration but just know your in control and you may be able to change the color for a second. When I'm able to change the color its only for a few seconds then it goes back. I see a lot of purple against black. Purple and light bue.

I was just thinking about posting a question about this the other day...
When i close my eyes, most of the time i see an 'X' that covers my entire field of view, that is to say the four lines reach (beyond?) the edge of my vision. The lines themselves seemingly have no 'substance' i.e. they are strictly open line segments intersecting at the centre of the field of view. They look 'electric' and are surrounded by a fuzzy cloud as if the lines were 'buzzing'. With a little effort, the 'X' can be divided by the addition of a vertical and horizontal line to make eight segmented areas - with yet more effort, the visual field can be divided once again into 16 and so on ( i assume ? ) . Sharing experience with some of the previous comments, there appear to be vortices about 1.5 cm wide slowly cruising around. The next time you're a passenger in a car/bus with the sun on your side and riding past 'scantily' trees, close your eyes and let the sun shine on you while the trees cast shadows over your face, alternatively, lay under a bright ceiling spotlight and wave your hands past your eyes as fast as you can - voilĂ♥, your own personal kaleidoscope. There is a fascinating article on the 'Neurobiology of [an] hallucination' for those who are keen (don't be dismayed by the title; hallucination is a purely scientific term) - and an even more fascinating comment (fourth one down) for the very keen. I'm aware that i cannot post links? So, google 'closed eyes hallucination + neurobiology' and click the first link. I haven't offered any explanations, I'm just answering the initial question is all that's my two cents |
