it was great to hear david on the show. in think if he does more shows like this in the future it might be a good idea for him to know how much time he will have.
the interview seemed to spend too much time on the first 10 years of his life. i think david really needed to cut to the chase, and then really just move on and speak about his scientific work. if this interview was your first exposure to david, you might think he was just some guy who had some cool experiences who also happens to looks like ec. some guy even called in after the show and had no idea what david meant by the astrological smoking gun. the fact is, i think that really is the first thing he should mention, and then go on to explain the finer points of the two astrological charts. most people have no clue about that stuff. i think by starting right in with the story about astral projection at age 5 really isnt that significant if you only have a short time to explain the story. same goes for the roswell stuff. i dont think it really has anything to do with the fact that david is reincarnated as edgar. i think he would be better off jumping straight into the fact that he started doing dream channeling or what ever you call it. that seems to be where it all really started. the other stuff is nice, but only if you have like an hour long interview. even then i wouldnt start out with that stuff. not to mention that this all takes time away from any posibility of discussing his scientific writings and acheivments and any talk of sto and the ascension. i know david must have a plan when he goes into these interviews, but im just providing a little feedback based on my own opinion. i think hes just got to tighen up things a little bit, and really focus the conversation on the important things that can really help people. obviously ive heard his life story many times in interviews, but this probably wasnt the best time for it......... ![]() |

greetings.
this was my first exposure to the plumber's radio show "beyond reality" (i'm a huge dw and the law of one researcher [among other things]) and i just had a really hard time with this show. i've dealt with skeptics quite a bit in my life and they are being presented with these opportunities to learn and transform certain beliefs but if they are not ready then they are not ready. period. i don't think this was really a great venue for dw. a 13 minute spot is just lame. i'd take it though, and i'm glad he did, but 13 minutes is pretty weak, especially when it's just two guys and a bunch of callers saying "prove it" and then denying the proof because they don't believe it. i respect everyone's path, bottom line. but there are better venues for you out there dw and you have my positive energy and encouragement to keep it up, you're doing a great thing. everyone in this forum is also doing a great thing. i'm working on part 3 of a long term series of articles that is being published on the tool army website (paid membership) and my site (public) and it is called "the law of confusion" and is synchronistically -partially- about reincarnation. i like that synchronisity. be peaceful on your way, time_spiraling p.s. i plan on participating in this forum a little more from here on out. i have a lot to share. |

guys... guys.. hang on a bit. there is information you don't have.
the producer told me i would have a 10-minute spot followed by a 20-minute spot. 30 minutes. this was why it was better to be on during the second hour than the first, which allegedly was shorter. i was watching the clock and carefully building a foundation that would allow me to maximize the time i was told i would have. i installed all the necessary features so that i'd have a background to draw off of in the event of various anticipated questions from callers, et cetera who had not heard me before. i did not want to talk about readings without establishing a history - it's not something you just crash into, or at least i have yet to be comfortable enough with the topic to do so. i need some kind of character arc. you can see what i was setting up by the various things i mentioned - including lucid dreaming being related to ascension, et cetera, and more importantly a real domain we can go into and come back out of - not just as ghosts but while in physical incarnation. hence we could do it through reincarnation as well, traveling into a new body as it's being created. i was mortified when the guy in the studio spontaneously cut me off before they took calls. i haven't called to check back, and i don't think i had upset the hosts, but i am not sure. it may be that they wanted to disguise their skepticism until after i was off the air and they were taking calls, whereas i was completely unafraid of ramifications and brought it right out into the open - showing how it was entirely an emotional decision not based on the scientific facts, which are compelling, particularly in my case - not to mention that almost every religion besides christianity believes in it, and it's all over the bible as well if you know what you're looking for. suffice it to say that my loss of time was spontaneous and completely outside what i was told. if your callers at all liked the talent, then at the very least you should give them the chance to access that talent. i've never done such a rapid program before and the lesson was that you really have to know how much time you have. no more time to write - film meeting this morning. - david |

i understand, yeah, more time would of allowed for more indepth exploration on the whole of the matters, of which the ammount of time david was to have was even mislead to him., but on the ever positive note, coming out with too much information without any back up info, in such a short ammount of time, would have come off sounding completely abstract.:d david came off sounding well grounded, well rounded, and most importantly, at peace.., and in the big picture of things, thats where the waters held, or what holds water..

wow! i didn't realize that david was on for such a short time... and not allowed to deal with questions? strange.
i think the central part of the problem was that the plumbers were locked onto the reincarnation aspect with laser-like tunnel vision. regardless of more interesting hot topics trying to dribble out they just kept flipping the faucet back to cold. i guess it is now obvious that they didn't have the slightest clue concerning the great opportunity right in the middle of their calloused hands. perhaps someone will twang their plumber's friend to wake 'em up. i'm glad that david was able to make mention of the astrological evidence concerning the birthchart comparisons; this in and of itself is a powerfully persuasive point of intriguing evidence for the millions out there who know of edgar cayce.
i believe that there are many who will check out 'divine cosmos' based upon just this point and of course, this is where the site visitor can learn at their leisure of the wonderful, many faceted works of the individual who is david wilcock, works which stand entirely alone on their own merit. i was led to this site via my own studies of edgar cayce, and in the three years since, i've been catalysed into an acceleration of personal awareness and have become more whole, well rounded and understanding of our relationship to the universe and to each other. [is there a smily for 'great gratitude'?] it would be interesting to know how others were led to this site and/or david. any takers? |

okay, foundation up front:
1. don't know the show, didn't listen then or since. 2. non-us citizen (?alien?) so not so hung up on edgar cayce. (in fact, he never crossed my radar till i came across asc2k/divine cosmos.) that said, i'm just going on the preceding posts, and past experience - i've tremendous respect for david's research and analysis, both the scientific stuff and loo (which come back to the same thing) and have been a regular reader/contributor to this forum for several years. when i saw the trail that david was appearing on a show called "beyond reality", on the "sci fi" channel, to be interviewed by the 'ghost hunters' - frankly bells started ringing. it was a moment when you understand what q'uo means when they say, "if this does not resonate with you....." i appreciate the predicament david found himself in as he explained, and accept that matters were outwith his control. however, the whole premise seemed a bit wacky to me. yeah, exposure is great, and 'all publicity is good publicity' and all that, but what were we hoping to achieve here? were we trying to prove re-incarnation? on a show where, "... the paranormal has a sense of humor." ?! i ask you! as time_spiral said, "it's just two guys and a bunch of callers saying "prove it" and then denying the proof because they don't believe it. " a real recipe for showcasing the unwary just to gain some cheap personal kudos by doing exactly what 'they' - the plumbers and/or the ratings-greedy-producers - did do: cut you off and let the masses have their ten seconds of fame. "look mam, i'm on the telly!" - or radio in this case. did we wish to establish acceptance of a relationship to ec? does it really matter? it maybe a bit heretical to pose such a question on this forum, but my point is that david's abilities, talents, contribution as evidenced by his books, recordings, readings, analysis, (serious) broadcasts stand on their own two feet. yes the connection with ec is interesting, and supportive of some sort of pedigree, but edgar was edgar: in 3d terms, that incarnation is past. david is david, here, now, in this lifetime. would david's massive contribution to all our lives be any less if no-one had noticed any physical or astrological connection with ec? we know that david recognises a karmic expiation in his current work and i'm sure the majority of this forum appreciate the opportunity to witness and benefit from the example, but we are into deep understandings when we get to this stage, and unfortunately most being humans tend to ridicule what they do not comprehend, especially when it mysteriously seems to tickle some deeply buried, primaeval nerve. this post is to the forum audience, david, not talking as if you weren't there. it appears not many were impressed by the show, and i'm sure i'd feel pretty bruised were i in your moccasins. onwards and upwards, my son! there are no mistakes only experience. me, i will be eternally grateful for your unification of science and spirituality, your insights, your industry, your generosity, your integrity, and much, much more; but perhaps most of all for being here in this lifetime where i can learn and grow from your gifts. love. neil |

in a nutshell i think what you are really getting at is the age old idea that you cant force someone to see your point of view. you could argu that if someone is ready for it, then davids interview will resonate with them and they can hit up the website. if they are not willing to open their eyes, then there is nothing he could possibly say to change their mind anyway. |

in response to neil vis-a-vis feeling 'bruised' by people's reactions here, i would disagree. i have been through massive amounts of initiation to get to the point where my self-concept is not seriously diminished in the face of criticism from others. i will listen, use what i can and not let it throw me into an emotional state whenever possible - and i really have made huge strides in mastering that path.
this was a gig that came up on short notice, and they specifically brought me on to talk reincarnation. i went in knowing that. i did try to throw in red herrings that would lead to more interesting material, and as billy bob suggested, they did not take the bait - so that was a bummer. nonetheless, i had two live witnesses in the room with me while i did the show, and they both were very impressed with what i said as a stand-alone product. the early stages of initiation involve simply giving people a sense of the mysterious, and that i definitely did. all the 'leads' i dropped would only arouse further curiosity. there has been a delayed effect after the show aired where people are finding the site from it. this makes me think a lot of their audience is listening via the podcast. monday's show on law of attraction radio should redeem me from these sentiments... i'll be announcing it on the main site in just a bit. - david |

i was familiar with the show, but stopped watching a while back. red flags went out for me too, but i know it will help many none the less.
i was brought to this space because of ec. i have no problem with viewing them as separate, yet they are the same. others will find david because of this and that is the point. the message is always clear. keep up the good work! peace, teresa |

even though in a previous post i said "i was not impressed with the plumbers" [which i'm not, the show simply does not appeal to me] i, was in no way meaning to imply that i was not impressed with dw.
he is doing a great thing. i can see myself in him. i've begun seeing myself in all things truly as 'other-selves'. i'm also acting as an outlet for people seeking the mystery [as am i] and am answering calls more frequently on the current level i am able to address them [which with all due respect to myself is inherently lower than dw's]. - but that is not the point of this reply. i digress"not so much with the counting" inspiring the upward rising/motivational lines of "the mystery" is such a great thing! and as dw said earlier, he intended just that. and if someone's personal calling assisted them in tuning into that show and were drawn by the mystery presented and pursue it further - the show was a perfect use of time. to be general. great work. i just finished listening to the loa radio show. i'll search for that thread and post there. thank you all kindly. |

i used to work in an infrared non-contact thermometer company. one of the applications of that technology was ghost hunting. the inexpensive thermometers have a 5.5 micrometer cut on filter and cut off around 18 to 20 micrometers by way of the polyethelene lens. since the bandpass is not set precisely within the water co2 atmoshpere window, these do see some of the atmosphere over long path distances.
part of the joy in working with this technology was the idea of understanding science of an invisible reality. its remarkable that there is so much technology out there based upon what's invisible (i.e. cell phones and wireless.) in working with invisible realities, it seems that there is opportunity for machine interfaces. another technology seems that of "the vibe machine." apparently it works to foster positive spiritual vibration. i wonder if there could be a machine built that could be used to detect the "vibration of a ghost." that is, instead of generating vibes it detects and measures "spiritual vibrations"? (maybe this what the infrared thermometers are doing somehow.) [note from moderator: please email soup for this url] |

i loved this show - beyond reality radio - i really miss it. i am certain had they continued with it, david would have eventually made a re-appearance.
anyways... heres the thing. i know the above posts were written nigh on two years ago, but i still have to respond to them. i have utmost respect for jason and grant, just because they do or do not believe in certain things, is no recourse for allowing the ego to decide whether or not one will ever 'have interest' in the show. their show, ghost hunters - has done so much for the paranormal community, and it has allowed multitudes of people to start being more upfront about their own paranormal experiences. they have truly broken ground, and heres the thing... the divine plan works in that every single one of us have a purpose towards the common goal. i can pretty much guarantee that without their show, helping to open the minds of so many people who were taught to keep a closed mind about spirituality - is the first step to being open enough to find the law of one and consequently david's work. if you cannot even believe ghosts exist, how can you leap to the law of one? it would be a rare individual who could. so i see it as working in tandem here. for me, i never knew about david, and probably never would have, if not for jason and grants show. this was the first show i had ever heard of him. and you know what? regardless of how short a spot david had, and how little he had to cover on, i have to say from someone who directly knows - what he did get out there was very very strong... so strong it stood the test of time, because a few months later something came up in which i remembered the show, and had to research david to re-find his site. thats how powerful of an impact he had made on the show. instead of looking at it through the eyes of someone well acclimed to the loo philosophy, look at it from an ignorant stand point - from the point of view where you have absolutely no knowledge of any of this. that is when i would suggest forming any kind of opinion on how the show had gone. sadly, my ipod had rebooted and i lost this and a few other shows... i actually found this thread because i was hoping someone had it recorded... so i could re-listen... but i do remember that although skeptical, the guys were very respectful towards david, and again, it was a good show. ![]() |
