Trouble with astral projection

Hi guys. I can project through lucid dreams. But the trouble is, every time I project, everything around me is not quit how it looks like in reality. I know that a lot of people have this kind of troubles sometimes. But to me it's happening every single time. I have projected more than 15 times and only 3 of those experiences was in real time.
How can I get over it?

Thanks.

Hello iwakey.
There's a few possible reasons as to why this is happening- First of all, if you're projecting from a LD you're already coming from an astral environment, and it's hard to 'power down' back into the RTZ. About the only recommendation I have is to try to project consciously, and keep your projections short.
Are you going back into your body awareness and then separating, or are you doing it some other way?

usually, when transition from LD happens, I see my self leaving my physical body, I can even see some kind of threads who's getting disconnected, and then, there I am, standing in side my room.
Year a go I used to practice astral projection consciously. I tried really really hard. Every day. But with no success at all. I have never projected consciously. It just didn't happen for me... back then, when I tried so hard, I decided to give up. And at that night, when I decided to give up, my guide pulled me out of my body- I think, she simply saw how hard I was trying with no success and tried to help me out. Even that didn't work out, she asked me where I want to go and something went wrong and I woke up.

You see, I have never projected consciously, it just does not happen for me... LD is the only way for me. Well alcohol too, but I guess it is dangerous to project while you are drunk.

I would advise for you to follow these steps: When you are dreaming and lucid, do not try to phase into an astral environment- instead ask to be in your body awareness. Then you should feel (not see) yourself in your body, and you should feel the bed under you, etc. Then you should start deep breathing (always with your eyes closed) and move on to energy body loosening exercises. At this point you should feel exit sensations (most probably vibrations but other symptoms may happen) and then try an exit technique. Doing this will probably deposit you in the RTZ at least for a short time.

ps. and BTW, you are not having a problem of unreality, you're just starting out in an astral landscape, and those are not realistic.

Thanks, will try that.
