Alien dream plus entity does energy work on me
 

This started off as similar to the alien dream everyone here has been having, where a crowd of people are looking upwards, then they all panic and run because of the aliens. Then we realize there is no harm. This time I was in a car with a group of people watching a helicopter crash into a building. We all jumped out and though the others stayed near the car I took off running into a nearbye field and stopped. A group of shadowy looking figures stood there, aliens. I ran toward them shouting "Who are you?"

Then I felt the energy shift and woke up with an entity hovering over my bed.

I had never met this entity before. I have astral surgeons, but this wasn't them. I fought it at first but then tried to get over the fear. It began exercising my aura. Moving each leg in a slow circle then back and forth. Then it did the same with my arms. It's was like my aura was being pumped up or strengthened. I told it I wasn't afraid and that if it were physical I would grab hold of it. Then I asked it what this exercise was for. Was it for something specific or just something general? It didn't answer. At one poiont during this I squeezed my hand and felt the energy rush through me. Then it suddenly withdrew at the stroke of 7:01. Sometimes there is a meaning to the time they choose; so I looked it up in the SEPHER SEPHIROTH.

I got some message about them being a "shadow," of us in another dimension. Made me think of those "shadow people" stories.
