I've never seen 'bugs', but I have seen fish, firefly-type lights, and flying squids with fire instead of ink.(yes, you read right.) Once in a dream I thought I was seeing an astral bug but it ended up being a lizard with a human head (suspiciously like the lead singer of the talking heads.)

Hi Chips, I have seen astral wildlife, elves, and other fairy type creatures, I notice their is an abundance of Ferns and woods in certain places I have been to. Anything thats in the physical plane can be in the astral, plus strange creatures CF has mentioned. I hope that helped.

Has any of you heard of a purple fox with black wings?? I know it's a bit out there even for people like us, but my friend said he saw it. Also according to my friend, I astral just don't remember. So I can't say I've seen anything.

I've seen astral spiders, or what I would call a spider - it was shiny black with lots of legs. My cat chases astral bugs a lot, but, I don't see those so well, just feel 'em.

I have also gone looking for astral wildlife, since I am fascinated by animals. The first astral wild thing that I saw was a black tiger, the stripes darker than the body. Hence my username, blacktiger. I have also seen a number of 'mythical' creatures, like fairies. And then there are some weird spirits that are animal like, sorta like the ghosts of animals.

Last night I saw astral hermit crabs! They were so cute. (We have one). I saw another one, probably one that died a few months ago, in it's bright blue shell with racing stripes. Greenie was so happy! (my surviving one).

a few days ago, i was lying on my bed so i decided to start shooting psi balls at my ceiling. i programmed my psi to be sticky and tar-like. i also made it to be different and bright colors.. i remember thinking that this psi might attract astral bugs, but i just shrugged it off and went to go do something else. two days later, i accidently fell asleep in that room, and i had a vivid dream of a blue and gray metalic looking bug on my shoulder. i woke up a little shooken. i woke up and remember that the psi i shot at my ceiling must have really attracted some astral wildlife which tried feeding off my energy, which caused my bad dream.

From what I understand about the raw astral elements (Eart, Air, Water and Fire) they attract the beings associated with them and they "frolick" in them. My guess is that any substance you create has an attractive power to watever beings are associated with it. In your case with the psi balls and the attributes you programmed into the psi, it attracted bug critters with similar attributes?

My advice would be to never let the energy your create si somewhere and stagnate or something could happen at your expense because the energy is associated to you since you created it.

I once put the fire element in a bottle of water for a specific reason and when I came back to the water a few days later having forgotten to "erase" itI got a stomache ache from drinking it.

well....while i was shooting psi at my ceiling, i was thinking that it might attract astral bugs, so i could have unintentionally programmed my psi to attract astral bugs. maybe by telepathic interference?? if anyone wants to experiment with astral wildlife, i recommend shooting sticky psi around your house, with the intention of attracting astral wildlife.

If your pets Astrally Project with you, are you able to communicate and better understand your pets? Yes I think you can, but I also believe that if you learn how to commnicate in their way (using telepathy and empathy) you can do it in waking life, also, you should be able to communicate them while you're in the astral and they're awake;

I've read that most animals, especially cats, are very sensitive to energies, and someone mentioned eralier in the thread that her / his cat hunts down astral bugs, so this suggests that animals have strong astral sight, thus you would be able to interact with them in the RTZ or such.

When my dog died, my friend brought her puppy over so I could take care of the puppy for a couple of weeks, keeping my mind off the loss of my dog. One day, perhaps three or four days after the death of my dog, I suddenly felt his presence in the room (I can't explain how), and the puppy I had in my lap went insane, barking and barking at a specific spot in the room, seemingly at just some air, and you could tell she was so spooked and terrified of what she (the puppy) saw/felt/heard/smelled. I closed my eyes, and said inside myself and to the presence I felt in the room, no matter how hard it was I did it I went: "I know, you've come to say good bye. You must move on now. I am very sad that you have to, and I'm hurting, but please understand, you can not stay here". After a couple of seconds, the presence disappeared and the puppy stopped barking and acted like nothing had happened.

I am sure that was the spirit of my dead dog visting, and I am sure the puppy saw him, and thus I am very sure that animals can see / sense non-physical energy and lifeforms.

ps. Cat-people: Have you ever wondered what cats do when they sorta meditate? When they lie down in Sphynx pose and just sit there, concentrating quietly for perhaps fifteen-twenty minutes? I think they project or do some other cat-magic. And did you know that cats sleep about 18 hours of the 24 hour cycle? Gee, I wonder why...

I've seen a wide variety of "astral wildlife", if that's what you want to call them. I'm not sure what they really are, though. They're like "wildlife" that exist here. It's a useful analogy, I can see that. In fact, "wildlife" itself is quite revealing of our perception/way of categorizing. So, what's "wild" and what's, oh, I don't know, the opposite of "wildlife"? "Civilized"? How about "domesticated"? I think "domesticated life" will do for now. Wildlife and domesticated life...

OK, so anyway, "astral wildlife", being animal/creature-like entities/beings that live on some "astral plane. First of all, what's the difference between the "astral" and the "physical". They're both planes/places of experience. They're both remembered or forgotten. So maybe one uses more "brainwaves" than the other. Oh well, right? We still see/hear similar things in both the astral and the physical that we can still express with our native languages. That must mean something, but anyway, astral wildlife, right.

It all really depends on your perception of this phenomena. I've seen cockroaches, spiders, snakes, bears, fish, pigs, canines and felines of all sorts, beetles, centipedes, gorgons, deranged mutant freaky things, lizards, crocodiles, primates of all sorts, dolphins, whales, sharks, sea monsters and serpents, dragons, lions, elephants, frogs... a lot. The species I've seen the most of would be the spiders, but that's just me. I have an intuitive understanding that the "astral" is influenced by my perception, or lack of perception, it all depends on my understanding of myself. Me typing on this forum is like "fun" for me, because it's like me expressing me. I could choose to acquire various conventions used throughout this kind of literature from past authors on this subject, or I can develop my own, but developing my own would be more difficult to accomplish due to the amount of creativity and logic allocated to working out my own "system" of describing/analyzing/categorizing/perceiving my "astral" experience, and on a wider scale, my "physical" experience as well, and even wider, experience itself, but the task of working out my own would also be more satisfying for me as well.

Hi There,

There are many life forms out there. However, it may take you a little while to recognize them as such.
I believe there are life forms from other dimensions, also projecting. Their shape may make them unrecognizable as a life form.

As you project, you'll start to "know other forms of life; sometimes they are aware of you too; sometimes not.

When I project with my cat I usually have a female with me. Sometimes it's a child, sometimes a woman, and sometimes a girl-baby. I have come to believe it's the way she manifests in the astral to me. I don't know if it helps in the way we communicate while awake, but I see her differently now. (She's not the brightest of cats, but seems human in projection.) I don't know what that means, I just thought I'd mention it.
