Default i dont understand.. is this vibrations? or is it not?
so, I go do my full body relaxation on my bed... do my mental relaxation excercises, then I mentally climb down stairs to change my brain waves. about 20 minutes later, I feel my body shifting forward & backward horizontally... I'm physically numb at this point. and I feel myself sort of, moving..? but it's not as heavy as vibrations. everytime that it happen, I tense up and it goes away. I'm trying to practice it everynight and try learning to remain calm, so I can continue to whatever comes next. I want to know, is this the beginnings of vibrations?

I've had experienced vibrations before (involuntarily induced) and I know that it feels very aggressive... but these ones that I experience, are very small. they have the same characteristics as the vibrations, but it's just that I get excited and tense up whenever they start, and then i screw it up.
just wondering if anyone know for sure what it is?

They can be considered vibrations- I call them 'energy body loosening' vibrations. They're exit sensations for sure- Imagine that your conscious awareness is shifting from the physical to the nonphysical. If you feel the vibes, they are your awareness reshifting perspective/focus/frequency. As you re-synchronize your awareness to a different frequency/phase, you perceive reality in a different way, as energetic input but now your perceptile apparatus is your energy body. So now the vibes feel slower because it's your ebody/consciousness that has speeded up. You're on your way out.
Of course this is my interpretation of the phenomenon as I see it.
