Yesterday, I went to take a nap in my bed and as I was lying down I felt this buzzing,cracking noise and also ringing in both ears and felt like I was ready to take off, lol,maybe spinning but then it stopped because I just could not relax.I had on sweat pants,a t-shirt,hoodie and socks and was covered with a quilt but I was freezing.After about 30 min I decided to go sleep in my daughter's bed because she has a down comforter and then I dreamed that I was sleeping and then I woke up and I was in my room(my daughter sleeps in my room ) and it was semi-dark bcause the blinds and curtains were drawn just like in real life.I passed my dresser and saw myself passing by the mirror, then as I was by the door I saw this almost transparent man by my bathroom door.My bathroom is by my bedroom and I keep the door open.This person was half way hiding behind the door and I had the feeling that he was spying on me and I pushed him three times but there was no opposition from him then I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep.I think it was an obe but I have no idea who that person was.Does anybody know if it's possible for someone else to obe and to spy on you? I always had the feeling that there was someone there and my cat always growls and hisses at night.Also my cat would jump on my bed or on something and then jump up startled as if someone else was there on the bed.Please help, I need some answers on this.It was almost transparent and I couldn't make out the face, just the hair.Was it a ghost or someone who obes?

It is possible to spy on someone. But are you sure that is the actual intention? Or are you more uneasy of the presence?

You might want to ask your "visitor" to go away. If he doesn't, you may ask for help making him go away, for example from any benevolent and loving being that wants to help you.

Be aware of the "Dweller on the Threshold" phenomenon, too (see AD-Pedia). The dweller seems to be very passive mostly, and encountered by some but not all OBE novices. So this might be not a "true presence", but the Dweller/Hag phenomenon. The passivity you describe seems to be indicative of this.

Finally, you might want to try countermeasures from the Psychic Self-Defense tutorials (see AD-Pedia, too).

This seems like a good order of possibilities to ponder.

Thank you for answering korpo.I don't think it was the dweller of the treshold because I wasn't scared and he did not look scary.I was upset that someone was spying on me not afraid at all.I think it was scared of me,lol.I just knew that he wasn't supossed to be in my apartment and I was shocked to see him.
