I had been having a dream yesterday afternoon where I was magically building a palace for myself (for protection) but it wasn't turning out so well, to sum it up. The dream ended somewhat abruptly and I found myself fully conscious projecting over a brilliant blue ocean with tons of islands of various sizes/distances.
As I was having fun flying high and dipping over the ocean's surface, I saw an island with the palace I had been constructing in the dream before I became conscious. I thought it strange but continued to fly happily. I kept repeating to myself "Stay aware. Stay conscious." the entire time since this was the first pure projection in a long time where I wasn't groggy, paralysed (snapped back into SP or stuck from projecting or attacked) or wasn't in control of the projection (blown or guided elsewhere). Unfortunately, my mother shook me out of it. I was so upset -.-' Anywho, it has me thinking about the island with my dream's palace. Could it have meant I was flying over (former/future) dreams? I find it highly curious and a fascinating concept. I have the feeling I've read something about dream islands or something similiar. Also, I've projected out of my bedroom window a few times to be greeted by these oceans which all appear the same (it's a theme, at this point). This is the first time, however, where I've flown far away enough to see islands. If nothing else, it was just wonderful projecting with such abandon and freedom, however... Any thoughts? |

You may have manifested a mindscape or you might have seen self in a higher plane palace and in your dreams saw yourself creating it . There is a cloud realm . There are castle ashrams there . So these are some possibilities .

Hello Aunt Clair,
Thank you for your response. At this point, I'm still not sure what to call it but what you've said has sparked some thoughts. I tried looking up cloud realms and castle ashrams but couldn't find anything on them but I get the gist of it (I hope). When you mean cloud realm, though, is it entirely of clouds or is that the main feature? I'd love to explore there, if I could. And if I do, I will definitely explore that palace. I didn't see any clouds except while I was being sucked out of it when my mother shook me awake. Although, it might've just been everything blurring so fast it resembled a white rush of clouds. It might've been I was seeing my higher self in a higher plane palace. It's got me thinking since I've been an avid dreamer my whole life (6 or more per night) I normally have first person POV but I have been seeing myself lately...mostly me being guided 'somewhere' with a general feeling of fear of not making it, and lately a lot of weird things have been happening to me, so no clue yet. I shall meditate on it. And hopefully I'll get to experience this place again. |

Hello Smoxes ~
I couldn't help but to reply to your first post when you mentioned the ocean you flew over while you were out. When I was little all my dreams would begin on an island. It was always the same: golden sand and sky, cristal waves. Whenever I'd find myself there, I would be totally lucid. I had no age, no gender. I felt wise, completely at peace. I was Home. To begin a dream, I would have to enter the water and walk or swim away, thinking about the character I was about to play. Feeling my Self shifting into the dream self was an odd sensation, a bit of unavoidable loss and a thirst for knowledge. But I would still do it, night after night. It was something that needed to be done. It was the purpose of that very place. I can't help but think it was some kind of rehearsal or accelerated course. Curiously, a similar place is mentioned in Clive Barker's Great and Secret Show. I have asked people in a few chatrooms and few of them had had a similar experience that they had forgotten. In Barker's book, people usually forget about Quiddity because they are not meant to remember. In fact, I had completely forgotten about it until I read the book. I couldn't believe it. I saw another close version in the movie Contact. I tried to go back to that place during a lucid dream. I created a door, shouted the place's name and opened it. Unfortunately, I ended up in a beautiful desert instead. The night had fallen and there was a multitude of stars. One of the most breathtaking sights I had ever seen. One day, I'll find that place again. That's where I would like to build my sanctuary and explore other dimensions from. I apologize for the length and the possible off-topicness of this post. It's just that I don't get to talk about this often lol. |

It's got me thinking since I've been an avid dreamer my whole life (6 or more per night) The realms are mystical in nature and when you explore them you meet aspects of self ie higher self and you can see self there sharing , learning and teaching . You will meet avatars , angels , and immortal teaching spirits called mahatma in such realms . This is a part of the universal mind and the universal Tree of Life . So each human that develops it on the energy body can attain the realm . It then exists on them and external to them . You can manifest in your personal realm also . So that on your tree of life the castle of your cloud stone could be manifested by you . |
