I need some assistance with the after the exit part
The last 2 or three times I have actually felt like I got out, but I am sluggish and it is too dark to see anything and I can't even stay in that state very long It used to be fear holding me back but I just got over that when I had some things under the bed grab my legs and then one of them jumped on me and tried to choke me...When I woke up my throat tingled from it. Funnily enough I actually found this funny because it was then that I realized how little they could do. I mean I was startled but nowhere near terrified (as I thought I would be) Anyway back on topic. I don't know how to get out of this sluggish mode I seem to get stuck in. Even when I was fighting off this thing, I felt so weak that I gave up and woke myself up. Any ideas? |

William Buhlman recommends firmly asking for the things you want: "Clarity, now!", "Light, now!". You might also simply imagine this things as already being true, visualising them into existence by thinking them to have happened.
You could ask for the help of a beneficial and loving spiritual guide. You can ask for Higher Self help or to be taken to your Higher Self. You could ask for a beneficial and loving lesson that might help you most. You could also use the part of Robert's MAP training that recommends entraining an after-exit routine. This eases the first steps after getting out. Further good success, Oliver |

Well, it depends on who you ask in.
Ever read the "Monroe affirmation" from Gateway? It is an appeal to any being that is wiser and more developed than him to help him. Well, he found his INSPEC. I have in the last time read about the importance of inviting the "right crowd" in - from a friend who met her guides, on a blog, everywhere. It is in fact your choice. Inviting those guides who want to develop your inner love and faith and evolve as a being is a very limited request, IMO. Lately I did exactly this in contemplative prayer, and I'm getting further advice by the truck load - intuitions, small inspirations, messages hidden in every day things I do. Oliver |
