I have a question about projecting and then creating multiple selves. My idea is this. That our energy bodies can be shapen by thought, visualization.. etc. Would it or would it not be possible to visualize our bodies as say two or three seperate bodies connected by a two constructs of some type, and then expanding the conciousness or awareness so that the bodies begin to turn away.. each of their awareness's extend against the normal ability of our periphials and break the concious mind into three seperate entities.

Then from that point each could practice different astral training exercises to condition the mind and soul at a faster rate then just one single energy body/ conciousness would be able to do, and then once finished the three conciousness connect in some fashion before returning to the body.

The problem with awareness is that there is only a limited amount. That's why babies and toddlers forget about pain when distracted - not enough awareness left if distracted.

It's hard enough to maintain awareness in the projected state, be there, etc. While multiple projection might be doable, you are not having overall awareness. Which in turn means it is not likely you can get more done, because you are using less awareness on each thing, and doing a thing with full awareness is usually exponentially better than doing a thing with partial awareness. I'd personally assume that "shortcut" is actually a digression.

It is possible to split the consciousness .Bi-location seems to be common enough amongst magicians . Certainly Franz Bardon wrote methods of achieving remote view through the bi location of consciousness . But as Korpo has suggested multi location is much more difficult . I know some magicians that can handle 5 splits . I have trouble with more than 3 . In a discussion Robert Bruce once said that there is a esoteric belief that to become immortal the magician must be able to project 12 splits of consciousness.

Imo , prerequisite skills include being able to enter a meditative trance

A method to bi-locate ;
find an online peer to work with
choose one who is able to mystically project
sit in a comfortable armchair with bare feet in dim light
close the physical eyes
open in protection
deep breath cleanse
raise energy
enter a meditative trance
take energy body awareness to the brow centre
link to the peer ;
*online by focusing through the pc to the peer 's heart
* or in person by focusing on the heart of the peer facing me
send a cord of energy from your heart to theirs
swinging it like a pendalum in an arc of energy from your heart to theirs
project a mental body out of the third eye to a target

suggested targets include
* peer's aura , hair colour , body shape , height
* heat and light sources ;heater ,window , lamps
* cold sources ; refrigerator , air conditioners , fans , windows .

* seeking other life forms ie plants , pets , other people , spirits

One method of tri location is to project out two bodies .
Perform this as above but rather than project out a mental body from the moon stone , project the orange fire self out from the right flank and the indigo water self out from the left flank . Then look with stereo vision out the right eye to see where the fire self goes and look to the left eye to see where the water self travels .Take these selves to the same realm for ease and move right and left at the same time .

Similarly the red male and blue female selves can be projected simultaneously . The mind will understand the physical location just fine so focus on the other two views .

A little harder is to try the green front air self and the red rear earth self .

The physical eyes are closed and the magician looks through a broad tri screen triangle of the brow centre . I find that the brow centre takes the physical view at the third eye location in its centre , the male self will be on the right eye and the female self on the left .

I don't see any reason why not. I would agree that at our level of development, it would not be easy.
I suggest that it is not much different than lucid dreaming with multiple awarenesses though it might require more energy. Three dream awarenesses can certainly be achieved.

I am confident that a number of people are able to bi locate and though many are not aware of the activities of their splits some are and can do this at will . When I read people online , a few have been able to project to my home while being aware of their physical self enough to continue to type even though in trance still . Daniel T, for example , was able to project himself , project again morphed as a wolf and appear side by side to me and my peers while he continued to type online .

Robert Bruce has written about his Astral Bob being observed by many people when he has not had awareness or recall . He has certainoly demonstrated shamynic healing and remote projection while awake in meditation .

I have had my many instances of tri location at will and on a few occasions I have split 5 times with assistance .Daniel aka lonewolf is one peer who has demonstrated 7 splits to me and Bill Van de Berg has demonstrated 5 at will . I am not as capable as some of my able peers in this aspect but I can see them to do it , clairvoyantly .

Is it considered bi-location if one is aware they are watching or participating in a scenario from 3 or 4 different points of view?

I would call that multi location of consciousness .

Because there is no standard lexicon the definition remains arguable .
But I feel that we can and should distinguish between bi location of consciousness and bi location in projection . Both are valid metaphysical applications but they are not the same .

It is possible to remote view for example , without projecting a double to the remote location by sending a cord of energy instead . This is like sending an optic fiber camera as opposed to splitting consciousness and projecting an aspect of self to two different locations .

That is we can project two distinct selves or we can merely send the sight , for example . Some would that being aware awake and projecting one self with recall is an exampel of bi location too .

I have (a few times) had the experience of being in my bedroom sitting in my chair and being in the living room in conscious projection (my body being in the bedroom.) This usually happens when I have more than one projection at the same sitting- I come back to my body and then take off somewhere else, but at that point have both points of awareness at the same time. Which type would you consider this to be?

Thanks Aunt Clair for the explanation. This is what keeps happening to me.
being aware awake and projecting one self with recall is an exampel of bi location too Sometimes I can see that I have an energy body. Other times I just see, not aware of an energy body, but seeing from multiple points of view. The latter happens a lot less often.

Does anyone watch Criss Angel (Mindfreak)? I think that he is able to bi-locate, which is how he does his stunts.

I had an experience mayb touching this. I lay down on the sofa tired
after work. Closing the eyes and I soon start to see the dream body
from a first person view, clicking on my mp3 player. Aware of two
bodies at the same time. It's more alive than core images.

Lying in bed in the fetal pose and bringing up the vibes while in trance and not asleep ( mind awake body asleep ~RB) is a good method to experience seperation & bi location .

Also m sitting up in meditation and entering a trance after logging on and then projecting to an online mates home , is another .

Or try sitting in meditative trance and leaving the body to wander the home and street nearby are other common examples .

One teacher made us go home as the car would by following roads.And then we had to enter the home and find somebody and see what they are doing.Returning home after class we would hope to confirmithe projection .

Imho that is an example of Bi location in trance . Congrats !
