I have a couple questions.
I keep having spontaneous OBEs. I don't understand why this happens when I am not trying to project. ![]() Also, what's up with astral wind. The last 3 or 4 times I've had an OBE, I have been blown into another scene altogether. I keep having to force myself to "wake up". What is it exactly? There is not a lot of info. in the treatise. And why does it happen? I would really like to just be able to meditate again without having a spontaneous OBE and then getting blown someplace I have no control over. ![]() |

Maybe try letting it happen. It's possible someone (Higher Self?) is trying to get a point across & if you stop aborting the process you'll find out what it is. Then maybe you'll be able to meditate more normally again.
Make sure you are shielded when it happens; be cautious but see where it takes you. |

Astral wind is a phenomenon described in many books, and I find the account in Robert's AD book most interesting. Robert's experiences suggest that Astral Wind is sth like a karmic update. I.e. during the Astral Wind episode a normally sub-conscious projection takes place, the source plants/updates the karmic seeds that come to bloom later in your life, and then the projected double returns. Or sth like that.
It seems to confuse conscious projectors, though. ![]() Oliver |

It's very confusing (and scary, if you don't know what it is). From my own experience, It happened right before a bunch of stuff happened in my life that changed it 'inexorably' (how dramatic), and reading Robert's account in AD, it happened to him before a big change in his life too. Not knowing really what it's about (not really buying others' interpretation of the reason for it) the only thing I can say is that the two instances happened before big changes.
Don't know if it makes sense, just from my own experiences. |
