My friend wants me to project into her dreams to contact her. How do I go about that?

EDIT: Also, I tried the ROPE method earlier today. It's amazing! All I managed before I was disturbed was a deeper trance, but it was much faster. I think with a bit of practice I can have it mastered.

Even an unaware person has some latent ability to protect their home and thei dreamscape from interlopers . But if your friend wants you to come into their dream world this is possible . You can begin by establishing a link to the person and have them establish one with you .

If you are lovers this will be more successful but it is certainly not necessary . Spouses that are estranged have found each other across the globe even when they are not capable of projecting at will , the heart knows what it longs for . Similarly , a human can attend a relative or friend remotely when they are concerned about them .

There are people born after 1980 who find it very easy to link to friend or stranger . I feel that what one human is born with or develops , any human can develop with dedication .

So , if you are born after 1980 and I suspect you are , and if you are romantically involved with this person and the feeling is not unrequited then you should find this more do-able . You might just relax and connect to the person and intuit your own method in that case . But here is one method ;

To begin open in protection , deep cleanse and raise energy . Then enter a meditatative trance and think of the person sending them energy on a "cord " from your mind and/ or heart . I like to send it thru my brow centre and from my heart .

I feel the person and ping them . Which is to send a pulse of energy for a while like sounding the deep to determine the depth of the ocean . But in this case, it is more like determining a location as the distance is not as constraining .

Now send thru this connection in an arc of energy swinging back and forth like a pendalum from your heart to theirs . Now send energy to this spot like you would watch a ball that has left your hand and your eye follows through . So follow through with the brow centre and try to see the person with the third eye . This will help you to remote view and project to them remotely in a mental body form .

Once you have the hang of this , you can progress to projecting into their dreamscape by pinging them after they have gone to sleep . To make this easier have them focus upon you as they fall asleep and try to connect with you also . Then choose your dreamscape or theirs .

Better yet , if they can develop a core image you can download this and program yourself to find it when you drowse . To do this they draw and describe their dreamscape . You read this and visualise it . Then you will yourself there in meditative trance while they do the same remotely .
Not explore the mindscape and really amplify your core image of this place . Decide where within you will meet each other and send a ping when one of you gets there .

This works best if they have manifested a structure in their dreamscape like a home , ashram or church which are common . Or a similar structure .

Now it is a matter of coming to this place when you are both asleep and being able to recall the experience there . Try to place manifested objects there for them . Not like letters which are so hard to read in projection but large one colour items like a huge purple couch or a silver bench around a tree . There one sits and waits for the other .

To really make your dreamscape concrete manifest within it while awake that is manifest a mindscape and dream project to it until you find that it is temporally stable and you can go there at will just thinking about it . When you develop that skill you may find you are able to connect to a person by thinking about them too .

In Franz Bardon's Initiation into Hermetics , you will find some ideas to help you generally with magic , manifestation and projection through the conscious manipulation of elemental energies . And in Robert Bruce's many works you will find ideas to develop your energy body . You could begin with NEW which is free on this site and then progress to Astral Dynamics , PPSD and MAP .

So you develop that core image and build within it colour streams of elemental energies connecting hermetic energies to each other . In this way all water zones are connected , all crystal caves , all silver structures etc as they are in the higher planes .

And by projecting regularly to the higher planes ie the Robert Monroe method of phasing , you will be able to learn more about their characteristics and you can manifest there where it is more temporally stable .

Has anyone ever travelled into someone's elses dream before? Is that even possible?

I have done it on occasion, but only to my husband's dreams.

I have entered my children's dreams especially when they are travelling . I have had friends enter mine at will . And I have read of others beyond my peers who do enter dreams . I think it is a matter of wil, linking , and permission . We also projected to a dreamscape in circle that was manifested by a peer . about 6 of us went to Daniel T. aka Lonewolf's mindscape and also to Cloak's . Once a core image is found , you can then project to it in meditative trance .
