Heya guys im having real trouble contacting my guides.. Iv tried through dreams, no luck, I've tried meditating, no luck.. I cant think what to do... in my mind i see an old indian guy i call ben who claims to be a guide.. but im pretty certain hes my imagination.. Do you have any advice?

Ask him something you don't know the answer to and can verify afterwards.

Ok.. What is a preferred method to meeting a spirit guide, and how will i know if it not my imagination or not?

I wud prefer to meditate but u need to be completely relax in order to contact ur guides. Also, remeber not to try too hard. Just relax, completely relax mentally, physically and emotionally. And I am sure u will find the results, also ask them a question which u don't know the answer to

I still have a diffiult time comtacting my guides. I think one of the reasons is that it is so important that you "still" your mind and thoughts during the meditation period.

I, like you, in the beginning had trouble sometimes differentiating between my imagination and contact. I decided it was better to nnot over analyze it and just go with was I was envisioning. It ended up working ouut better for me that way.

Yeah, i see what you mean, I find i am quite impatient with meditation as well, however when i do it with music (or that mediatation podcast) i find meditation much more effective.

I have been wondering what best way to reach my spirit guides.

In the end i started doing this:
I tend to daydream a lot so i decided to follow something from the celestine prophecy and i tuned in to the day dream, from there i visualized a blank screen and behind it was my guide, i Didnt question anything i saw and i managed to meet one of them, a japaneze herb guy funilly enough (Cant spell japaneze lol)
