"Is this a Dream? Pets in the Afterlife" I'm pretty sure this was an OBE . I wasn't going to put in the tunnel part at first cause it seemed like maybe I had shifted reality or something but it makes sense now that I've typed it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I was back home and inside towards the front of the house, and our two dogs were playing together. We had to put down one of them some time ago because his skin allergies were horrendous and weren't getting any better. However this ones skin looked great, and he had a smooth shine to his coat, and he was full of vitality and life. My mother and I watched on as they played together. Our other dog, who has been very lonesome without a playmate, was having a great time playing again and they were barking and roughhousing around. I questioned how this other dog could be here, as we had put him to sleep. My mother explained that when he was taken to the vets, other people had cared for him. Everything was sinking in only I didn't feel a whoosh of energy as I realized I was lucid. Nothing changed in fact, and I wondered what was going on. I realized I was able to touch and feel, something key in discerning between OBEs and dreams. I asked "Is this a dream?" to my "mother" and she simply replied "no." We then took the dogs outside and continued playing. I remember holding a small furry and lengthy creature like a ferret of some sort which I felt was one in the same as the departed dog. I put it in a small hole in the ground expecting it to come out again, only to be very concerned after when I looked at the hole to see it tunneled down very far and I couldn't see the bottom. I voiced my concern to my mother, feeling like there was no way to get the animal out now, only seconds later to have this animal pop back up out of the ground a foot or so to the left from another hole. |
