Virtual Reality Projection (VRP) is an interesting phenomenon that Robert Bruce describes in Astral Dynamics. VRP can be induced when you are out of your body, and you "enter" a picture or mirror, or something else with a reflective surface. this leads you to an astral realm solely created by your subconcious. has anyone here experiened this phenomenon?

I've done the mirror thing (only because my bedroom has two large mirrors, so it's hard to miss them), but I've ended up far away in the RTZ. i think I got 'bounced away', not so much to a vr (but maybe it was, who knows). That led to the projection that I had in common to a guy in switzerland, which makes me think it wasn't in the RTZ, or maybe it was.

Well VP is something i have only done twice succesfully, once wake induced another from a OBE. I think if your useing mirrors you need to have the place you want to go to in the reflection, althought i do not trust mirrors alot in OBE's and LD's because they do strange things to the projectable double, like end the projection, you can become stuck half way through the mirror, but sometimes you can be transported to another plane ect... or a VP so i sugest print a picture of the place you want to have a VP in and put it on your wall in your room where you project from, and enter it, Posters, Paintings ect.. should all work.

Once i become skilled at conciouse projection, VP is on my todo list

No. It was me trying to go through the wall and instead going on the mirror. When I went out the window (which was prob. the reflected window on the mirror) I ended up in some other neighborhood. I originally thought I had just been bounced into the back of the neighborhood, but what I saw corresponded to an OBE someone from a forum that I went to at the time (a long long time ago, don't remember which) reported seeing the same thing as I did (or rather his brother, if I remember correctly.) This made me think that going through the reflection on the mirror 'teleported me' out of the country or to the same astral landscape that he went to. That's another explanation for what we both saw. (Unless it was coincidence, which is always a possibility).
