Default anyone notice this
anyone else come back from a projection with a mouth full of spit. or have to abort a projection to swallow a spit build up and then try some more. I think the body goes into lock down when the astral body leaves and thats why when i return i have some spit build up in my mouth. Just thought id throw that out there. Also i read the entry about the person who feels like there constantly falling, that happens to me every so often.

Odd that you posted this, I was literally just about to post the same question. I almost always have a build up of spit and it starts sliding down my throat and eventually have to swallow, ruining the attempt. Not that I ever make it out anyway. But yes. Do you try to project laying on your back? That's my most common position to be in while attempting a projection. Lately I have been trying sitting on a couch or large laz-e-boy type chair and Sit in just a comfortable position. Sometimes I sit cross-legged, other times, with my feet on the ground. I also find that putting your tongue on the roof of your mouth may decrease the spit buildup a little bit. It works for me.

I've projected laying on my side before but usually this position is so much more comfortable that I end up just falling asleep. Actually everytime I have projected after waking up in the middle of the night or after a nap, I've been on my side because that's how I always sleep.
