Default a thought on astral feedback
in robert bruce's book, Astral Dynamics, he explains that astral feedback and the mind-split effect can be used to your advantage, so that you can download shadow memories directly into the physical/etheric body while your astral body is still out voyaging. he says that while youre out of your body, to focus on telepathically connecting to your physical/etheric body, and at the same time, your physical/etheric body should also be attempting to make a telepathic connection with its astral double. this sounds like a great idea but isnt it possible that by doing this, the astral body will be forced back into the physical body? maybe it depends on how you think of it, like try to ONLY focus on a telepathic connection and nothing else, dont think "i hope this doesnt bring me back to my body" and in your physical body, dont think "i hope this doesnt bring my astral body back." any thoughts on the subject?

I have in the past bilocated while in a state of semiconsciousness. (somewhere in my journal). On one occassion I overslept by 3 hours (more or less) and refused to wake up- then projected repeatedly. At some point my body decided to stay asleep, and when I tried to come back, I would go back to my body but was 'off phase' of it. I would then separate and come back repeatedly to it- but when I was back in body I really wasn't processing through it- it was as if I was having only projected double input and was not either. I think this can be manipulated if you can reach this state and stay in it. In my case severe oversleeping did it, and it hasn't happened again.
