Default Can sleeping next to a computer hinder conscious oobe?
Hello,

I have been pondering this. I turned my bed north/south to get more room, but it puts it right next to my desk, and my computer is very close it now. I'm referring to the issue of electromagnetic waves. My living situation does not allow for putting it in another room. I've been trying to figure out whether that is a factor or whether it's just the strangeness of the repositioning. I plan to reorganize back to my original east-west layout.

-> esotericus,

Lamp Himalaya Salt
Try a lamp near your computer. I use one, sometimes I switch on it.

I once was in a store that had several of those candles burning, it was a massively powerful energy field created by them. Very cool.

While I have no relevant experience on projection, I will say that computers eminate what I consider to be harmful fields. Not harmful in the "OMG Run!" sense, but myself and several others have noted that spending a few hours at a time with them tend to make us feel a little ill, or just less well than we should.

I would suggest the simpler solution of turning the computer off at nights, and perhaps doing so a few hours before bed, so that any harmful field can begin to dissipate. You could also try energy techniques to clear the field yourself.

Yeah...for like the past 10 years I've had a computer next to me, playing relaxing music as I sleep at night...and still have had many, many projections. I believe it does not do anything to you, atleast not for hindering and OBE exit attempt.

I've read from RB that if you sleep head pointed NORTH it's easier to OBE, I think it was him anyways. So I'd be keeping that bed where it's pointed now and sleep with your head on the North side.

If it bothers you, you could experiment with shutting it off and unplugging it before you go to sleep.

I find that solid object which is too close affects my ability to build large amounts of energy. Its much easier for me to build and hold large amounts of energy in an open space (at least arm's length on all sides, ideally above also). Although not directly affecting OBE, at least in the NEW system, this energy is required for successful exit.

Some people have severe issues with computers and also metal objects and their energy work, this might include you. Again also indirect but relevant.

I assume that you have a sedate screen saver???

The fan noise can interfere with OBE . In fact a fan is great for preventing neg influence while sleeping . The fan noise from a computer can be such white noise that it can become more difficult to connect with HS / GA too . One fellow from Norway who used to write on here alot , told me that he shielded his computer with special no to low noise covers and he sleeps better , dreams better and projects better . I think it must be up to the individual . I have a computer in my room too . I hate it there but it is a compromise with the spouse , lol . So I work around it .
