Does anybody have any experience/thoughts about astral feedback?

I understand it like, let's say, you are looking in the eyes of your double, your sense is passed (doubled) to your double and goes buck getting in chain reaction circle like sound when microphone is too close to the speaker.

Is the vibration (preliminary to OBE) - astral feedback in fact?
I realize that it’s one of not so many signs indicating started process as more powerful as harder vibrations are. Nevertheless I never jumped out from the body at the wave of vibrations, always when they are gone or almost so. I could try to keep vibrations and initiate them but I’m not sure just vibrations could help.
