Default false awakening? Is it ok?
I think I read that this might be one of those "things happen" stuff? Anyway I wan't to be sure that if it's ok?
I "finally" got first false awakening today. ( Well, at least I think I did)
I was having my "beauty sleep" , and I heard through dream that someone was pushing the doorbell of my neighbour many times.
We have this 10 people living in the same floor and we have to share kitchen and living room and toilets and shower. I don't know how you call this in English (commune?). In german it's wohnheim or something.
Anyways, I was sure I was going to my door and open it and looking if it was for me but no-one was there, then I was going back to bed when I realized that my physical body tried to open the eyes and I was still outside, next to my bed, and few minutes later I just woke up. Does it sound to you like false awakening? Should I write it down?

P.S. I got finally Mastering Astral projection on Saturday and started to do these things described in the book.....If the message is too long let me know and I try to edit it on the next time.Ok?

Sounds like a classic false awakening- I used to get up and start making breakfast and all of a sudden be in bed again, two or three times until I finally woke up and still wasn't sure. Or a short OBE, who knows?
Ps. sounds like 'dormitory' to me.

I've had false awakenings several times. Often out of lucid dreams. So I've decided to get into a habit of asking myself if I'm dreaming whenever I wake up. That way if I falsely awaken, I can turn it into a lucid dream. I just started this habit, so it has yet to work, but I'm sure it will if I keep it up.

And yes, it's ok to have them. The only negative thing I've found about them is that when I really wake up, I'm upset that I've missed such an obvious opportunity for a lucid dream!
