Default Energy work VS. Projection attempt
I've been working on energy building and projection attempts daily for about a month now. Usually, I'll do the energy work - full body circuits, chakra work - in the same session as the projection attempt. Sometimes I'll take a short break, but usually not.

I've considered the possibility that my projection attempts are actually counter-acting my energy work. Like I build the energy, and then use it all on the attempt.

My question: Would it be better to take a day or two of just energy work -with no exit attempts - to "save up" my energy for the projection, or is the attempt itself also considered to be energy work? Does it matter?

I find it difficult to do the energy work and not attempt a projection. I'm already there, relaxed, and ready to go!

Thanks.

If you are feeling exhausted then I'd say lay off the projection attempts, as you described. Other than that, I see no problem with combining both- that sets a good habit and probably more projections, if that's what you are after.

Thanks for the tip. I never feel exhausted. I just wanted to be sure that my attempts weren't excessive in some way that couteracted my energy work. I'll keep on trying!
