Default Been Able to Get Vibes TOO EARLY In Meditation
Lately, I've been getting this wavering. I tend to get it within 5 minutes of meditating. I haven't fully relaxed my body yet and I only get it in my lower half of my body. I can't feel the wavering in my mid section or middle chakras. In fact my middle shakras have been completely empty.

But it doesn't take long. I mean I can just lay down, get into the right position, start to relax parts of my body and start to sink into the bed and poof I'm already feeling this gentle rocking or waving like a flag. If I draw energy up from my feet through my legs I can induce this waving feeling and make it more intense. After more relaxation I lose it all together.

Is this normal to hardly even be in any deep trance or not completely relaxed yet and then get instant vibes? Is this wavering the actual vibes?

I also notice that I'll get muscle twitches and spasms when I get these vibes. Its just funny because I'm never ready for them yet.

Cool so vibes are like a jackhammer. I felt something like that at one point but I actually thought it was my muscles totally spasming and it woke me up. So maybe I haven't gotten vibes.

Maybe what I'm experiencing is the energy body loosening. Thats still a positive step. I've been trying for a while with no luck only certain symptoms, but never the whole package.

Sometimes, all I have to do is think about vibes or something spiritual or "deep" and I instantly get this feeling of being rocked back and forth very quickly. I used to regularly get that feeling when I was a child in between sleep and awake, I forgot about it, and have rediscovered it in the past year. I assume those are vibes. I've never felt anything I would describe as being like a jackhammer, but on the other hand I am not very experienced. Perhaps the vibes are just a more intense version of the body loosening? Perhaps it's just different for different people.

For any of you that are unsure about your vibrations, here are two posts that describe/define them quite well:

Yes thats it. If I am partially relaxed and I think deep, it strarts the rocking. But I also can induce it if I try to "lean forward" or backward and make myself feel like I'm falling and its there.

If you try widening yourself or expanding your body, it will give you a feeling of filling the universe first, then the loosening really hits easily the first time you try and lean in any direction.

I can get this loosening feeling very intense, but it never lasts and never goes any further. I'm trying to learn how to let it consume me and increase. Its taking time though, but at least I can get this every single night now. This is progress.

I wonder if the loosening is just a slower version of the vibrations? I mean loosening feels like vibrations at a very slow rate. I just can't seem to take it to the next level yet. Oh well will keep trying.

Had the wavering again last night but couldn't hold onto it.

For me wavering is different from vibes. Vibes feel like a buzzing sensation like the feeling in your lips when you make a VVVVV sound. Wavering is more like a body orientation confusion kind of thing. Vibes don't tend to make me dizzy but wavering does.

On muscle twitching, you can purposely twitch your muscles when you're in deep relaxation in order to induce sleep paralysis. That will put your body to sleep then you can use deep breathing to separate into an OBE

This page has more info on using twitching like that:

Thanks matt, you always seem to have exact descriptions down that make sense. Yes the wavering is disorienting and gets me dizzy.

Thanks for the links.
