I was wondering if anyone uses a technique similar to mine and what their success rate is?
Personally, I don't use separate relaxation or trance induction techniques. Neither do I use a falling technique. I use a short (10 Mins) self hypnosis relaxation routine, which I mentally intone. This not only takes me to a completely relaxed state but also into a light trance. from there the state seems to deepen until the vibrations kick in, when I can disengage from the physical. |
