most people can do many things better while stoned off weed, such as meditating, stimulating chakras and having OOBE. Weed is ok in moderation, as it increases neural connections but too much will degrade your brain.

The nice thing about weed (and alcohol) is that you lose the inhibitions that are keeping you from feeling energy that much more clearly all the time. The problem is that your control is equally reduced so you are leaking more energy than you are actually getting to use.

weed could make excellent philosophers of us all. I don't know about me chakras but I deffo feel super horny after a few chugs. Last night I had insomnia so toked a knock out blow in the back garden, got into bed and had a full blown space mission. I even popped in some earplugs to mimic good the sound of no sound whilst floating through the atmos. Great for the imagination....but I have to fight really rotten bouts of gut paranoia...so occasional use is all I can be happy with.

I rarely smoke now (haven’t for about 9 months), but did a lot during university. I wouldn't get paranoia, but serious FEAR. Like in a film where you hear that droning sound and the camera zooms in from afar, reality expanding outwards, stopping on a face, and it’s all laid bare in absolute clarity - that’s how it hits - and I’d have to jump up and walk to feel better lol. I guess that fear is why I kept smoking, it was interesting (in a scary sort of way ). The problem was, we could only get super skunk and hydro, so a few tokes would knock you out of reality sideways. I was never a fan of weeds which messed with my memory - I remember one occasion on thai stick, I couldn't even remember what I'd just thought. Sat, watching TV with incredible tunnel vision and my brain/body going "BZZZZZZZZ".
I used to love to get really out of it, and lie in bed in the dark and mutate/watch the visuals, sometimes the fear would hit like a sledgehammer, but I’d rough it out and carry on enjoying the ride. Got some fond memories of that .
I never ‘got out of it’ as a form of escape – I just love experiencing new things
Alcohol is the drug which makes me philosophical and deep.

Anyway, enough of that

Chris you wrote that you were intersted in a scary sort of way and that's the same for me, like if I saw a ghost or sumthin scary I would like to see it first before running haha.
I guess I refuse to be dictated to by fear. If something scares me, I’ll face that fear until familiarity dissipates it. This can take time - for example I have a severe (near hysteric) dislike for public speaking (presentations in front of large crowds), I know exactly where this fear arose – an event when I was 14 – put other factors were involved too. Before this time I used to act in plays, I belonged to drama groups etc - so the fear didn't exist then. So now I’m putting myself in situations where I am forced to speak in such a way – hopefully joining toastmasters (presentation society) in the New Year. Repeated exposure to anything reduces it’s fear over time, or I should say repeated exposure "with awareness".
