Default Lucid Dreaming in Dream, Inducer?
Hey everyone! just woke up from a series of dreams. but every interval of those dreams were when my pillow fell behind my bed, and i had to reach down and grab it and bring up towards my head. in one of the dreams, i fell asleep in a chair, and i had a lucid dream in that place...that was...fun . and i had mcdonalds that night, so im wondering, waking up between dreams or mcdonalds could induce vivid or even lucid dreams??

Yes, waking up shortly can be a big help in having lucid dreams, as it triggers a deep trance state and eventually a WILD type of LD, or lucidity in the dream as you remember that a few minutes before you were grabbing your pillow for example. You can trigger this with an alarm clock with a timer (it rings a few times every 30 minutes for example).
