I´ve been trying to have OBE´s but instead I´m having lucid dreams instead.

This morning I woke up and did some energy work, I then thought I should try to go back to sleep and have an OBE. I felt asleep and got up of bed, at first I could not really stand up because I felt a little groggy, I went into the livingroom and then went out to the balcony, I thought I should fly up to the roof.
When I came up I tried to stay still and look over the city, but as soon as I tried to stay still and focus my eyes the dream ended and I woke up.
But It wasn´t a quick awakening, It sort of drifted from a lucid dream into a daydream, because when I woke up I wasn´t sure If I had dreamt it or just daydreamed, It´s hard to explain.

Any comments on how to project into the RTZ and not into a lucid dream?

Thanks for your replies.
Natalie- I tried to restrict my vision at the end of my lucid dream but this caused me to wake up, I´m just wondering why this happened.
It is possible that you are doing too much effort. Such an effort perhaps results in tuning with your physical resulting in your wake up.

Next time you are at LD status proceed following next sequence:

1 - Try to close eyelids. This will serve you as reality check. Only in LD status is possible to close eyelids.

2 - Clear your mind, concentrating in the blackness behind your closed eyelids.

3 - Of sure, you'll see an astral entrance structure. Manage you in order to go into it. At the same time suck into you as much energy as you can through tactile imaging technique.

I've done this with great success trying to escape from a fearful LD pool where I fall some time ago.

Sincerely,
Natalia Parker

You must to exert a rigourous control of your mind in order to control it and firmly restrict visual imagination. Otherwise, LD becomes dominant and you loss contact with RTZ, falling in a LD pool.
