oh, well darn ive been gettin a lot of twitching lately! and my limbs like feet and stuff will spontanieosly jerk. i must have my butt blocked up cuz it was twitching last nite! no seriously, but i think that had something to do with me pulling a muscle or tendon that connected on the other side of my body, cuz it was hurting from some karate moves i tried to pull off (i dont know karate)

hope some ppl laugh from that
ditto on the twitching, not as much but I tend to get it in different areas
sometimes I get a spazm type thing where my leg just moves my itself and othr times it feels like there'sa heartbeat coming out of my muscles, on either my arm or leg
I don't get this often though, but could it be a problem?

which book?
"Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce

[quote:1glcalb5]but I wanted to know, does either one of you know how to focus on the legs to make them vibrate? The legs are one of the hardest areas to feel energy in. Some individuals could be putting massive energy into their legs but if they haven't developed focusing techniques they will never know.

In order to help with the feeling in the legs blockages need to be cleared up. Try Roberts Full Body Circuit in his NEW system. Then try simply adding energy into just one leg Using NEW.[/quote:1glcalb5]

really?! my legs are one of the first things i feel when i lay down and get into my special state of meditation. they are about the first to get totally relaxed and everything.

It helps to pay alot of attention to relaxing the legs since there are very few energy centers in them, especially upper legs so it's hard to tell when raising energy if they are fully relaxed so I'd recommend spending alot of time on them early on until you learn to feel them energetically very well.

Best wishes,

whatever I'm staring at becomes one solid piece of whatever color seems to be dominant.
What does this symbolize.?

Default having trouble, I think
Hello,

I'm not quite new to this forum, I registered quite some time ago asking for some help.

well I'm back...

I have Astral Dynamics which I borrowed from my step-bro but I'm not much of a reader.

anyways, I lie in my bed often, 'cause I feel comfortable (xept now, because I'm sick), and stare up at my ceiling, at the wall, at my shelf, it doesn't matter, and I keep my eyes open, I play music in my mind, without the music playing from my computer, that seems to work better than focusing on my breath, and whatever I'm staring at becomes one solid piece of whatever color seems to be dominant.

I feel a vibration in my upper body (which I learned has something to do with projecting) but my lower body (below the belt, legs, feet, etc) I feel nothing

I've had this feeling several times already, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out?

sometimes I do wonder if I am imagining that I feel vibration, though I have read several posts saying that people think they imagine it.

The problem is I learn best from example, which means showing me how to do it, but maybe someone can still lend a helping hand somehow.

Thanks

metalwyrm,

When this happens, when your eyes are closed, look up with your eyes into the center of your forehead (the brow center), this is supposed to increase the vibrations. Vibrations mean your projectable double is being formed so at this time, concentrate on an exit technique such as climbing a rope. Imaging it is hanging from your ceiling and climb up. Let me know how it goes.

M
For some reason I find that with my eyes open, i am able to focus better somehow

I'll try looking up at the center with my eyes open and see if that works

as for an exit technique, I'll try the rope climbing one but I feel like I may need to find another way

in addition, I have also checked out the brainwave generator that I hear is used with one of the robert bruce's latest books and it's quite a nifty little thing, it helped me go to sleep once (I sometimes get insomnia)

If you ever get around to reading the NEW section of Roberts book there should be a lot of good stuff to help you there.
which book?

and whatever I'm staring at becomes one solid piece of whatever color seems to be dominant.
This is a level of focus I rarely hear about and it's quite excellent you were able to attain it. This can become handy for you. I would suggest trying to exit by "feeling" those vibrations becoming a body of it's own and then lifting out of yourself, carrying your conscious with it. I'll have to try that exit technique sometime, but I wanted to know, does either one of you know how to focus on the legs to make them vibrate?

thanks for the help Mira and Spectral

The legs are one of the hardest areas to feel energy in. Some individuals could be putting massive energy into their legs but if they haven't developed focusing techniques they will never know. I also find that raising energy through/into the legs produces immediate and powerful sensations. It's almost effortless for me to stimulate the legs and pull strong currents of energy into the sub-navel storage center.

But even after 2 months+ of regular and consistent practice of energy raising, I still have strong, persistent muscular twitching in the upper front thigh and groin areas, and sometimes the calf area or even the whole leg (just one) will go completely numb and "thick", despite the fact that strong waves are being pulled all the way through and into the the sub-navel.

Am I correct in thinking that these symptoms indicate the continued presence of blockage?
