Just tried it, it worked very well. I think that's also a trick a hypnotist will use in some rapid induction techniques and stuff.

heh.
I actually do that without thinking about it when I try to get into a trance. It really really works. In fact when I was a kid I had horrible insomnia (still do), and I would play tricks with my eyes, and I would normally end up rolling my eyes up. I used to think I was 'looking for my dreams'...

I noticed when i used this technique that after i started feeling the sinking the uncomfortable position of the eyes activated my brow chakra and i became overly aware of it.

Default effective and simple trick to help induce a trance
Hey guys try rolling your eyes back as far up as they will go and hold it there.

It will feel a little uncomfortable but if you hold it there for a few seconds it gives you a sinking feeling which you get in trance.

Try it now and tell me what you think.
