Hello again this is Ben

First I want to explain a few things then I will tell everyone my question and hopefully get a few answers.

I am somewhat new to Astral Projection. What I mean by this statement is that when I was a child I Astral Traveled a lot to escape some traumas that were going on in my life at the time. From what I understand from a few friends of mine that I have now that at that time I created an Island on the Astral Plane. I won't describe the Island suffice to say that others have been on this island and are still going through it. I don't tell people about the island that way I can tell if they have actually been on it. Such as my friends they have been able to describe my island and everything on it without my ever telling them about it. Anyways when I was younger I had a few traumatic experiences that made me make this island but then I went further and split myself up into other "selves".

Here is my question since according to my friends I have a astral double on the island that is there at all times without my councious awareness.
According to them this double has some awareness of what is around it and can move a little but other than that can not interact with anything.

Is this possible? And how do I fix it and get that part of me back?

Also a WARNING to those that may attempt to look for the island or think they have been on it. There is at least 3 known Astral Beings on this island. One being is known to be Evil/Negative and actively feed on astral tavelers that go through the area. The other 1 or 2 that are there are Good/Positive Beings one being seems to be a guardian for the island and will approach those that stop to look around. Express your intentions but do not press your presence if he asks you to leave. I know one person that listened in on my discussion with my friends then tried to get on the island and was kicked off forcefully by the Guardian and got three visable scratch marks under the skin from it.

Hello again just to add a little to the above that I wrote.

I see that it has been viewed by people on here but I am not getting any replies at all. So just to add a little discussion to this. Has anyone else experienced anything at all like this? I know from reading "Astral Dynamics" it is possable to have a remote viewing double which is a low powered version of your astral double. I am guessing that is what I left on the island I just have never had it come back to me. I know this has affected my physical self in that I have a faster heart beat than normal I can never get it to 60 beats per minute that is the normal rate for people I can only get it to as low as 80 and I also have a constant soft preasure in my solar plexus too.
Now from what I understand in my past I turned my back on believing in astral projecting and everything that is connected with it such as aura sight and other non physical things(this information coming from an astral being named Shasha that has been helping me and my friends). Now I am trying to get all that back. So here is another question for everyone: Is astral travelling like riding a bike, if I find out how to get back on will it all come back to me or will I have to start all over at the beginning?

The entity on the island that you called the 'gaurdian'. Though you said it seemed a positive entity, I would be cautious becuase it seems strange it would intentionally harm a projector. I don't know what that entails, or would say about the island, it's just something I thought logically.

Astral travel is sometimes like a bike, sometimes like a violin. Some people lose all thier skill, and others do it naturally, 50 years after thier last practice.

If you can project still (you didn't make that clear) and the Guardian is guarding your fragment, then it should let you reabsorb it. If I were you I would inform it that you created the island and wanted to get a missing fragment of yourself back. Period.

You are allowed to kill what you have created, so why not just take it back?

Thanks for the replies so far. As to filling in some of what has been brought up by a few of you.

One: from what I understand the Guardian which is a Dragon is guarding the whole island or at least the part that isn't controlled by the negative being. Anyone that means to harm anything it guards(be it me or the islands inhabitants-there are 4 others on the island beside the astral ententies and my astral double) it will forcible kick off of the island.
I know one person that did try this and was marked from it physically, he had three visible scratch marks under his skin from three claws. The only being on the island with three claws is the guardian dragon.
I never found out what this person tried to do but my aquantanceship with him has vanished and he stays away from me if at all possible. Which is good to me since he is homosexual and from what I have been told by others he had a crush on me. I have nothing against homosexuality unless they try hitting on me. I was abused by some males(my father and a few others) in my past so I have a hard time just being around guys normally that homosexuals hitting on me freaks me out and usually pisses me off at the same time.

Two: I am not conciously able to astral travel yet but am working on it. From what my friends have told me right now I only piggyback on other astral travelers and any time I try to do it conciously I fail. I also found out how I am able to be awake and still have my astral double on the island without being aware of it. It is an embodiment of my subconcious mind. I have actually created a split somewhere in my past that I put a barrier between my concious and subconcious minds. Now I just have to fix that.
